Shipped fast, arrived in 4 boxes that fit in my pickup truck bed, each box was heavy even for 2 men. Took a while to put together (about 22 hours and I'm good with a drill), but was not hard to do - only a few tasks require 2 people. Lots of similar parts and bolts, so you have to pay very close attention. One page of the instructions was in Spanish and is the same way online, so that was fun. Impressed by the size and quality. Came with all the tools needed minus 2 drill bits and wrench sizes you need - as states in instructions. Very happy with the purchase and price so far.

So far, we have yet to get this set up completely....for well over a month we have been having to get boards replaced since they are cracked at the pre-screwed holes....then have to wait 2 weeks for them to be delivered....then have to wait again for the assembly company to come back out. Trying to speak to a customer service rep is awful as well....was on hold for over 10min and then got hung up on. Tried chatting online, and no one replied. My daughter has now stared at a partial playset for over a month now and we can't even use our backyard. For a company that makes children's play sets, you'd think they would take more pride into their materials....and better customer service. For this kind of money being spent, they need to improve on everything.

All in all the swing set took me 20 hours to put together by myself(I'm a carpenter by trade). Took about 40 hours total grading the yard, installing the edging and putting down rubber mulch. So far my boys love it. I hated the 3D app, the printed directions were much easier for me.

20 hours to build is no joke!! I have three men building this (all men who build things often) and it is taking forever. Too many pieces that are not organized in the boxes. Company really needs to organize parts to speed up building time for their consumer. But of the portions that are build, pretty nice so far....

I think the other reviews are very misleading, so I am taking the time to post. You really get what you pay for people. This is a cheaply made play set and will not last long. The slide is cheap thin plastic - 3 pieces of plastic put together - not a real slide. It throws my kids in the air when they go down. It's terrible. I'm actually embarrassed that I bought it for them. The install was terrible. Looked good from afar, but once I got on the set myself, I was worried it would break apart. The wood is so flimsy and cheap. It looks nice, but trust me, it's cheap...very cheap.

The first thing that caught my eye with this set was how beautiful it was. It will be sure to compliment your yard. Second was all of the fun that came along with it. The spider swing (what my kids call it) is a big hit and lots of fun along with comfort! The green climber pole up to the clubhouse is the best part of this. Usually a piece you find a public playground, it's pretty awesome to be able to have this right in my own yard. The sky tower is so cool. I will admit, I even go up there sometimes to see the world! The bumpy slide is lots and lots of fun. If your kids like speed they will love this slide. There is convenient picnic table on the bottom that is a great feature to have and perfect for snack time. The monkey bars will get your monkey right into the clubhouse. The set is very sturdy and my husband put it together all alone. He said it was pretty easy to assemble, but like expected took many hours and a few days. We look forward to many years to come with fun and laughter with this set. I definitely recommend this beautiful set to all.

Maybe my expectations were too high? I had planned to have a swing set built by a contractor, but due to the high cost, I researched various pre-built swing sets. The wood is cheap and very thin. We had a nice swing set at our old house. The wood was a better quality and it had been there for 10+ years. I don't see this one lasting that long. I'm very disappointed in the quality of this set. The slide is just three pieces of plastic thrown together - not an actual slide. It looks nice from far away, but once you get up close or climb on it, you'll realize, it's a giant piece of junk. Do yourself a favor, buy a different brand. I don't know how the other reviewers are reviewing this so highly. Being that this is our second swing set, I can tell you, this is genuine junk.

We love the swing set and are very pleased with it, the pricing and Sam's Club's Customer Service regarding. We are very happy with the swingset and Sam's Club. However, DO NOT schedule for installation. Sam's Club uses a company called GoConfigure (go look up the reviews yourself) that was completely unprofessional, inadequate, and will give you the run around. I can't count how many times I had to call them, follow up when they said they would call but did not, I was told incorrect information, etc. Thankfully Sam's Club let me cancel the installation and refunded the money for installation. Trust me, it is not difficult to find a local professional installation service to come and install this swingset, but GoConfigure will not do anything but add additional stress and time to the project.

Clear instructions, decent quality. A few poorly placed bolt holes caused a little trouble but nothing major. Looks great fully assembled.

only complaint is it comes in a zillion pieces! It's like putting together a 3D GAINT jigsaw puzzle. But the kids love it!
