The chair for the most part is very nice except for needing a bit more and firmer padding in the seat. Leg support is good. I have a rather skinny backside and after sitting for awhile the seat starts to bottom out. Otherwise I am happy with the adjustability of back and head supports. Nice overall.

It did not come with instructions so we had to look them up online. It took about 30 min to put it together after we found them. I am using this chair for my home office since I work from home. Very comfortable and sturdy. I did read o line there is a 275lb weight limit. I am about 225 and pretty athletic so it is fine for me. i would recommend this chair

I bought this chair for my 15 yr old son as a Christmas gift. He is very happy with it. It was very easy to put together. The arms were a little tricky as they wanted to pop out of place while tightening the bolts. However, once they were bolted properly, they are very sturdy. My son loves his new gaming chair, says it is very comfortable (he's fallen asleep in it while reclined) It's large enough that he can sit cross-legged in it, which he likes to do. I'm very happy with this purchase because he's very happy with this chair

Bought this item for my son for Xmas, he hasn't got out of it since. It's very spacious, great material and very comfortable. The price wasn't steep and it got delivered fairly quick. Be aware it is a heavy product and larger than a standard size office chair, so it took some extra effort to assemble.

I ordered this and it came a few days after Christmas. This is for my son who plays computer games for over 13 hours a day. It was easy to assemble & great looking. My son did forget to put on the back pillow but it's ok. Haven't had it long enough to say how well it is yet. He did say he would never use the recliner part.

Great gift for my son. I've sat in the chair very comfortably, and I'm 6foot 285lbs. The cusion on this chair is much thicker than normal office chairs. I've only ever bought office chairs before and they only lasted about 2 years at most. This chair was a good price at Sam's club for $150. I had this delivered to my home since i had ordered it online througb the app. I had no issues with packaging or delivery, everything went smoothly as it should. The quality of material of this chair seems better compared to other chairs i had been looking at in otyer stores. If this chair was for my use only all it would need is a cup holder.

This chair is comfortable. The only issue with assembly was the arms. The bolts didn't line up right at first then the arms themselves seemed to be no straight. I eventually got it with only a little issue. I noticed the were I screw the chair arm bolt into was out further on one side than the other. The arms were a little wiggly after a few uses I've retightened the bolts and I'll see how that goes this seems standard on most chairs I've used.

Worst chairs I've ever had, I ordered one the arms sunk in and lost it's cushion within two weeks of moderate use they sent me a replacement and it's now done the same thing on the arms along with the seat itself obviously a defect in the chairs, the defective padding is causing issues with my back.

Decent quality with ample lumbar and headrest support. Seat itself is not very comfortable. Needs more padding on seat. Also, seat is slightly angled downward so you always feel like you are sliding forward unless you recline the back. The armrests are not adjustable and are wobbly. I got this chair for $110, so for that price its not bad overall. But if comfort is what you are looking for, look else where.

the whole chair is off by a inch. the seat and backrest are off by an inch. you can see it plain as day in the stitching. the arm rests cant fit right because of it. one is to snug it almost rips the chair if you adjust the seating position. the other sticks out so far it wont stay tight. i feel insulted they sent me this hunk of garbage. is this a reputable company or a go fund me page. unacceptable poor product. i will say if they had a quality control dept. and this chair wasn't off by a inch. id probably give it 5 starts.
