Terrible chair. After 2-3 months, the arm rests start to wiggle. This is a flaw in the design since the arm rest reclines with the chair. There are temporary fixes like putting electrical tape on the bolt. When you lean or put pressure against the back of the chair, the chair will pop back unexpectedly, even though its locked in place with the lever under the chair. It get's pretty annoying and I did not expect these issues to occur in 2-3 months of owning the chair. I'd probably get a better quality chair than this one.

I use this chair at my computer desk which is an old rolltop my previous chair was so uncomfortable and I would get bad neck aches with any lengthy use. I can now sit (or lay) in my chair with no pain. This chair is so comfortable. Highly recommended.

I'm sure the product itself is fine, but I was obviously sent a returned product that no one had bothered to open before they sent it back out. The box was bulging out on all sides, had holes in it that had attempted to have been patched with scrap cardboard, and was crudely taped together on the top and bottom and over the holes. When I got it out of the box, it had dirt, scratches and cuts, and a big grease stain on the seat from the height adjustment piece. This piece had clearly already been put together by the previous owner because the plastic telescoping cover was loose in the box. Ended up taking it back to Walmart and having them ship it back to the seller. As the product I received was essentially garbage, this is more a review of the seller. Someone who would ship what I got for the same price as an advertised new chair does not care about their customers.

I haven't even paid it off yet, and it's already broken. This is the worst computer chair I have ever owned. The material is faux leather, which is another way of saying cheap imitation leather....and it breaks. My seat material is already torn in several places. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!

Excellent gaming chair. Quality is great for the price and was extremely easy to assemble. My son is very happy with it and feels it is super comfortable for the long hours spent playing. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a decently priced and comfortable chair.

The chair for the most part is very nice except for needing a bit more and firmer padding in the seat. Leg support is good. I have a rather skinny backside and after sitting for awhile the seat starts to bottom out. Otherwise I am happy with the adjustability of back and head supports. Nice overall.

The other reviews were saying that this chair is not comfortable. That couldn't be further from our truth. This chair is VERY comfortable. The back support it gives is where you would need it most. Most back support pillows give you one option to have comfort. With this one the fact that you can adjust where you need the support is a plus. My husband does find that after a while the back support is a little intense, but he just removes the pillow and keeps it moving. The chair looks even better in person than it did online. Not to mention that it fits in with the Batman theme my husband has going on. This is a great buy for your money.

Everything feels sturdy and comfortable but the foot rest feels a little weak it gives too much for my liking. I personally dont use it but if you were looking for a nice reclining chair while you play games or watch a movie just get an actual recliner.

the whole chair is off by a inch. the seat and backrest are off by an inch. you can see it plain as day in the stitching. the arm rests cant fit right because of it. one is to snug it almost rips the chair if you adjust the seating position. the other sticks out so far it wont stay tight. i feel insulted they sent me this hunk of garbage. is this a reputable company or a go fund me page. unacceptable poor product. i will say if they had a quality control dept. and this chair wasn't off by a inch. id probably give it 5 starts.

Decent quality with ample lumbar and headrest support. Seat itself is not very comfortable. Needs more padding on seat. Also, seat is slightly angled downward so you always feel like you are sliding forward unless you recline the back. The armrests are not adjustable and are wobbly. I got this chair for $110, so for that price its not bad overall. But if comfort is what you are looking for, look else where.
