These are comfortable. The adjustable pillows and recliner with reclining arm rests are a plus with the foot rests. Great for gaming or working at home!

I have been considering a gaming chair for some time. Very satisfied with this product. Fairly easy set up, shipping was faster than expected, and the foot rest I thought was a silly add but, totally worth the extra money.

For the price, this chair is pretty great! Cushioned armrests definitely set it apart from other computer chairs for a similar price. The cushions are pretty firm, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, it'll keep you from getting too comfortable and sleepy while working or gaming; But if you want something more comfy I wouldn't recommend. It leans back nearly 90 degrees and has a lever to secure it at whatever angle suits you best, but there's no levers for the footrest; You have to pull it out and flip up the rest each time.

You get what you pay for! Arm handles wiggle sideways, have the screws as tight as I can get them- no change. It's fine for a kid using it to play games in but not as a computer desk chair. I guess I should have know better since gaming is in the name, my BAD.

Chair looks good, but that's about it. It is very hard and not comfortable. The kids like that it reclines, but that and the foot rest are just a novelty and not useful. They will never use it. My chair also came with a hole on the backside, probably happened during shipping as the box was in very bad shape with it arrived.

This chair is not what I expected. The height and tilt features work well and it has sturdy wheels. It is not, however, comfortable for me to sit for more than a few minutes. There seem to be hard spots in the seat and the lumbar pillow never stays where I need it to be. I have had other gaming chairs that were more comfortable but not as well built. The footrest is a joke - it slants down at such an angle that it makes me feel like I'm going to slide out of the chair. Maybe this chair is better suited for pre-teens shorter than 5' 6"?

I am very unhappy with this purchase. I believe they sent me a chair that had been returned because the back if the chair was ripped. That was about 3 weeks ago and still don't have the problem resolved. I am going to have to return the chair to Sam's.

I wanted to love this chair and for a week I did. The seat is really hard, the arms are not adjustable. If you push on the arms in the wrong spot the back pops up to smack you in the back. The footrest is nice but short even for me and I am 5'5''. I've had to tighten the bolts about once a week since I got it and I am using it as a basic office chair. I wish I had gone for a simpler office chair that was cheaper.

One of the wheels kept falling off. Is it just this one chair that is faulty or not? Not sure, we are returning it.

Very uncomfortable. Left arm moves side to side over an inch, bad fit. When the back is locked, it still moves 2 to 3 inches when you lean back on it. The lumber pillow continuously moves out of position. The chair looks great but is completely unusable unless you only plan to sit in it for 10 minutes. Even the pneumatic cyclinder randomly drops an inch while you are sitting in it. The seat is very hard and will hurt your rear end if you use the chair as a daily office chair.
