First chair came in missing the arms and the pillow. The back of the chair was also torn. Called and had a replacement shipped; second chair came missing the hardware to assemble the chair. Currently awaiting the THIRD chair. Customer service was great and shipping was fast, however, I should not need to go through 3 chairs to finally get a complete one (that is, assuming and hoping that the third one has all of the parts). As of this moment, I am unable to speak on the quality of the chair.

Giving this thing a five star rating because it must be great. My kids never leave these chairs. Getting them to come down for family time, bathroom or shower brakes and meals is like herding turtles through a car wash. Neck pillow is awesome as it really cuts down on the chances of your kid getting nerd neck from gaming.

It's a little difficult to review a chair you've only had a short while, but here goes. It arrived with the packaging in pretty bad condition, but everything was still present and accounted for with no real damage. It was pretty straightforward to assemble and came with the tools to do so. I'm 6'1" and lanky, the chair sits comfortably although I do wish it had some adjustability in the seat bottom angle. However I was able to shim the mount a bit and achieve an angle that was more comfortable for me. Overall its a nice chair for the money. Nice feeling materials, also the casters are rubber coated! My flooring will be appreciative of that in the long run.

I do like the chair. Went together easily. My only complaint is the proximity of the two levers that adjust height and recline position. The two are so close together that I invariably hit the wrong one and have to readjust when I find I have lowered the chair rather than adjusted the recline angle.

Overall, it's okay. I bought it to have a more comfortable chair for workin at home. I like how far it reclines, but the seat could use more padding in the butt area And I don't find many times I can use the footstool. However, it is a nice feature.

I receive the chair put it together, worked great for about 5 minutes, then started sinking. I contact Sam's who put me in contact with the manufacturer who sent me a new gas cylinder. It worked for a few hours. Then, the same issue, I disassembled it and returned it.

The foot rest seems very flimsy to me, almost feels Im going to break it just resting one leg on it, besides that the foot rest only hits at the back of my knee. Other than the foot rest, the chair is a bit on the firm side, not very comfortable to set in for extended periods.

I bought this chair for my 15 yr old son as a Christmas gift. He is very happy with it. It was very easy to put together. The arms were a little tricky as they wanted to pop out of place while tightening the bolts. However, once they were bolted properly, they are very sturdy. My son loves his new gaming chair, says it is very comfortable (he's fallen asleep in it while reclined) It's large enough that he can sit cross-legged in it, which he likes to do. I'm very happy with this purchase because he's very happy with this chair

Bought this item for my son for Xmas, he hasn't got out of it since. It's very spacious, great material and very comfortable. The price wasn't steep and it got delivered fairly quick. Be aware it is a heavy product and larger than a standard size office chair, so it took some extra effort to assemble.

I ordered this and it came a few days after Christmas. This is for my son who plays computer games for over 13 hours a day. It was easy to assemble & great looking. My son did forget to put on the back pillow but it's ok. Haven't had it long enough to say how well it is yet. He did say he would never use the recliner part.
