Good comfortable chair, easy to assemble but the lumbar support needs a little work. The support keeps slipping down to the chair base but to be comfortable it needs to be higher. Just a little annoying to have to keep adjusting the support. When fully reclined with the foot rest extended it is very easy to take a quick nap in the chair. Overall a good buy but with a few reservations

I bought two of these and one was good but the other one was returned because it looked used. The screws were rusted and dirty and it looked like something was spilled on the chair. My son was disappointed we had to return the chair since he wanted to use it this school year since he's doing virtual.

The other reviews were saying that this chair is not comfortable. That couldn't be further from our truth. This chair is VERY comfortable. The back support it gives is where you would need it most. Most back support pillows give you one option to have comfort. With this one the fact that you can adjust where you need the support is a plus. My husband does find that after a while the back support is a little intense, but he just removes the pillow and keeps it moving. The chair looks even better in person than it did online. Not to mention that it fits in with the Batman theme my husband has going on. This is a great buy for your money.

Decent quality with ample lumbar and headrest support. Seat itself is not very comfortable. Needs more padding on seat. Also, seat is slightly angled downward so you always feel like you are sliding forward unless you recline the back. The armrests are not adjustable and are wobbly. I got this chair for $110, so for that price its not bad overall. But if comfort is what you are looking for, look else where.

Nice chair. We found the head pillow throws your head too forward. The seat is very hard & your butt hurts after awhile. Haven't used the foot rest, which gets in the way some times. The arm rests are nice. Only issue i really have is the seat. Wish it had more padding.

I'm sure the product itself is fine, but I was obviously sent a returned product that no one had bothered to open before they sent it back out. The box was bulging out on all sides, had holes in it that had attempted to have been patched with scrap cardboard, and was crudely taped together on the top and bottom and over the holes. When I got it out of the box, it had dirt, scratches and cuts, and a big grease stain on the seat from the height adjustment piece. This piece had clearly already been put together by the previous owner because the plastic telescoping cover was loose in the box. Ended up taking it back to Walmart and having them ship it back to the seller. As the product I received was essentially garbage, this is more a review of the seller. Someone who would ship what I got for the same price as an advertised new chair does not care about their customers.

It did not come with instructions so we had to look them up online. It took about 30 min to put it together after we found them. I am using this chair for my home office since I work from home. Very comfortable and sturdy. I did read o line there is a 275lb weight limit. I am about 225 and pretty athletic so it is fine for me. i would recommend this chair

Purchased this for my 12 year old son. He's really into PC gaming. He loves it. Said it is super comfortable and he loves the reclining feature. I like that both pillows are optional. They just snap off if you don't want to use them. I thought the chair was a good price for it's features. Seems just as nice as other options that were well over $200.

Bought this item for my son for Xmas, he hasn't got out of it since. It's very spacious, great material and very comfortable. The price wasn't steep and it got delivered fairly quick. Be aware it is a heavy product and larger than a standard size office chair, so it took some extra effort to assemble.
