Great stove overall!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great stove! Switched from electric to gas and it was the best decision ever! Only think is griddle needs to be prepped because food will definitely get stuck on it if there's not enough oil placed

The worst ever

I have a brand new and the oven doesn't work . Display says the temperature , but inside isn't the same . Samsung told me is normal for this model . I don't recommend

At this point we recommend going to the fourth radio button first to better understand the accuracy of oven thermometers then going to the first radio button on the steps to take, particularly calibrating the oven since it is new (4th step in the 1st radio button). Gas Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first gas range so I wasn't sure what to expect but this range is way better than my old electric range. It takes almost no time at all to boil water and preheating time isn't bad either. I haven't had enough time to really use it like I want to, like testing the griddle or using the self-clean function. It is so easy to light and I love the blue color of the clock. One thing I'm not too sure about is the timer noise when the timer is done. I'm hoping that can be changed to something else than the current tones. Overall, this is a great range and a welcomed addition to my outdated kitchen which I will now be renovating earlier than planned since I was inspired to make the rest of the kitchen look as good. The black stainless steel is really sleek and modern and it matches my new dishwasher and fridge really well. I like the wireless option of being able to preheat the oven from my couch and seeing remotely that the oven and cook top are off.

Kept accurate time for seven months

We have had the oven for seven months. It has done a good job keeping the time accurately, it doesn't even do that anymore, I am getting a C-F2 code instead of telling time and the oven doesn't work as well. In the beginning the oven worked fine except one burner on high would send flames up the side of even big pans, dangerous.

Good day, We have what you need about the error code you're getting in your range. The C-F2 error pertains to a signal malfunction. To resolve this, you can try these steps. Restart the oven by pressing the Off/Clear button. If the issue is not resolved, cut off all power to the ranges at 30 seconds minimum, after which re-establish the power. For reference, turn to page 47 of the range's user manual. Worked great...for almost 18 months.

Owned this range for less than 18 months. Worked great then it didn't. Oven wouldn't light. Contacted Samsung. They wouldn't help us unless we had a repair man to do the work and were still going to make us pay. We ordered the part they were going to send to a "professional ". We are very capable of changing a safety valve. Also changed ignitor. New one worked for 3 months..same issue, igniter comes on, doesn't light. Bought another safety valve...same issue. Have to "thump" valve to open. Parts cost are adding up more than stove is worth.

Awesome Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an experience this was! I am so happy with this range. I've always used an old stove with an uneven oven. I've never realized how much better my cooking/baking experience could be! I am a stay-at-home/homeschooling mom. I have kids and pets who have allergies. So, this means lots of homemade foods and a ton of cooking for me! First of all the stovetop is awesome. So much space for multiple pots and multitasking! Can easily glide the pots over and cook or simmer things all at the same time! Game changer right there! The fast water boiling feature is super convenient and amazing! Let's talk about the griddle! What an exciting fun feature! The next day after install I had to make pancakes for breakfast. They came out great. There was a little bit of a learning curve. I had to get better at flipping in that space. but the cook for me was good. The first couple of times it seemed uneven but I solved this by letting it heat up a bit more. Also, we did have to adjust the feet of the appliance because it was not even. I have cooked veggies on there even naan bread and mini quesadillas. All of it comes out so great. I love the knobs they are child-friendly. which means you do have to push in the knob in order to turn. This is great for many reasons and something my old fashion stove didn't have and I would often find the gas on by accident. This feature of this range does give me peace of mind for sure. I do have to say I have not yet used the wifi feature on this. This is something I will try soon. Next is the oven. Great experience. I love baking and honestly bake something every day and sometimes multiple times a day. Human food and Dog treats all come out even and perfect. Now I am finding I don't have to rotate the pans and the timing is perfect. I love the preheat feature that shows you how hot the oven is. I love the sounds and songs it plays also. The broil feature works so well. Another feature I never thought I needed was the Keep warm button. We do not own a microwave and so this has helped keep things warm until the husband or kids are ready to eat. Or when I leave early mornings to walk the dogs I like to leave the food warm in the oven so when the family gets up they have food waiting for them at a nice temperature! Let's talk cleaning! I was worried about this. I spent a lot of time googling how to clean the grates and everything. It's not as big of a deal as I made it out to be. I have found the cleaning to be simple and easy.

Horrible quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for a little over a year. It broke the control board so you couldn't use the oven in less than 6 months. Went through the hassle of weeks waiting on an answer for warranty to be told to take it back to the store and they'd give me another one. Called the store to be told they didn't have one in stock it would be 2-3 weeks. Local appliance guy installed a new control board for $150 and thought I was good. Little less than a year later it broke again, same thing control board just fried. I've had good luck with other Samsung products but this has been one of the worst

Very pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I have been very pleased with our Samsung gas range. I was unsure about how the integrated grill worked until we made French Toast. It cooked very evenly in just a few minutes on each side. And is very easy to clean. I grilled burgers and pork chops on the grill also, they cooked evenly as well. We did not need to use any non stick spray. The apps instructions were easy to read and follow. We have not used the bread proof setting yet. The timers have a nice jingle sound compared to my old stove. My husband is a retired Chef. He explained the burners on the stovetop. Depending what you are cooking can determine what burner to use. I did not know that was an option. It is easy to clean up grease and spills. The oven heats much faster then our old gas stove.Our friends and family have complimented us on how nice it looks in our kitchen. Could not be happier.

Great gas range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has range makes me want to cook even more. Gives me a professional feel as if I'm a pro chef. Which I totally am not BUT helps to feel good and happy while you cook! The quick boil feature is probably one of my favorite things about it. Super fast. We even got rid of our electric kettle that was taking. Up counter space because this thing boils water at the same speed. The next favorite thing I love is the middle griddle grate. Its worked so well for making naan breads and grilling veggies quick. In the mornings I can throw some veggies on there while making an omelette in a pan and then easily transfer the veggies into the eggs. Great even cooking. The other burners are all great and easy to use. The oven is amazing although I must admit my wife uses that part more than me. She bakes a lot for the kids and myself and even our dogs. The knobs are child and pet friendly which are very important to us. Everything has baked evenly and we like the preheating that shows what temp the oven is at and then the song that plays once ready. We've really had no issues with this at all and are so glad to have it. Our kitchen is looking like a Samsung brochure with our range and fridge just need a microwave and dishwasher next! This was also our first Samsung appliance and we are huge fans of the company now.
