[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought all new Samsung appliances a month ago and love them all the range was easy to set up and works great.  I am really enjoying the center griddle makes the best grilled cheese and warms tortillas so they are ready to serve

Great appliance's

i do like this range, i thought i might like the griddle grate too - but i'm afraid to use it because of the mess it will likely leave.  it also has a rather narrow surface on the griddle, so another reason i'm not likely to use it.  i hope that either samsung, or an aftermarket supplier creates a grate that will match the other two.  i think the center burner would be more useful under a regular cooking grate.  other than this, i have no qualms with this range.

I like ALMOST everything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Things I love: All 4 burners on the stove have different outputs and sizes and are useful in different situations. The oven holds temperatures VERY evenly over long periods of time; even at lower temperatures. The racking over the burners have silicone feet which make less sound and don't scrape surfaces if you remove them for cleaning. The heating element is located at the top of the stove, including the broiler element. 

Things I like: The center flat top isn't very useful for myself, but the elongated burner gives me options when using very large pots. The oven has a locking mechanism which is electronically powered; it also prevents burner knobs from turning. Plenty of storage space in the bottom drawer. Additional defusing parts come with the range. The WiFi is a great selling point, giving me options that I typically wouldn't have with any other stove. The nonstick griddle is also a great addition as I find myself making breakfast on it on a daily basis. I've even used the large cooking area to create multiple dishes! The multiple present cooking option making baking and cooking a breeze!

Things I dislike: The Samsung SmartThings app just isn't useful. I feel that the burners are located ever so slightly too far towards the center of the stove. This leads to my pots and pans leaning over the flat top in the center of the stove. I wish the burners were just a fraction of an inch more towards the sides of the stove so that the flame felt more centered in the racking.

A fine range with a couple of small flaws

The Insiders

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the range but not the issues getting it hooked up.  I paid for installation when I purchased the range and after Samsung sent people out twice, I ended up having to pay a plumber myself to get it hooked up correctly so the range would fit back against the wall.  I also had to have Samsung send someone out to fix the oven light issue before it was a month old.  The range itself it nice and much better than my old GE range.

Installation Issues

Things I like: All 4 burners on the stove have different outputs and sizes and are useful in different situations. The smart app lets me get a notification on my phone when preheating or cooking is done even when I'm busy in my home office.

Things I don't like: The center flat top isn't very useful because it is too small for any normal griddle cooking. The burners are poorly located so that my pots and pans can't be centered on the burner if their are any other burners being used. I wish the burners were better spaced towards the sides of the stove so that the flame felt more centered.

Good idea, poor execution

The oven auto-locks if over 400 degrees for some reason. I have played with the child locks to be sure they are off. I have numerous dinners held hostage by the oven  while it cools down to a respectable temp or have been unable to put said dinner in as pre-heating locks the thing. If I could rip the lock out I would.

Great stovetop, less than great oven

this is my second range. one week ago i got my first defective one. i now have the second one, its defective too! i spent over $1000.00 for a range i thought was going to be a good product. the first one had a error code specifying a signal malfunction, which needed replacement. the second ones firmware needed to be upgraded, per tech support. i'm returning it, too much trouble for a range.
