i do like this range, i thought i might like the griddle grate too - but i'm afraid to use it because of the mess it will likely leave. it also has a rather narrow surface on the griddle, so another reason i'm not likely to use it. i hope that either samsung, or an aftermarket supplier creates a grate that will match the other two. i think the center burner would be more useful under a regular cooking grate. other than this, i have no qualms with this range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Things I love: All 4 burners on the stove have different outputs and sizes and are useful in different situations. The oven holds temperatures VERY evenly over long periods of time; even at lower temperatures. The racking over the burners have silicone feet which make less sound and don't scrape surfaces if you remove them for cleaning. The heating element is located at the top of the stove, including the broiler element. Things I like: The center flat top isn't very useful for myself, but the elongated burner gives me options when using very large pots. The oven has a locking mechanism which is electronically powered; it also prevents burner knobs from turning. Plenty of storage space in the bottom drawer. Additional defusing parts come with the range. The WiFi is a great selling point, giving me options that I typically wouldn't have with any other stove. The nonstick griddle is also a great addition as I find myself making breakfast on it on a daily basis. I've even used the large cooking area to create multiple dishes! The multiple present cooking option making baking and cooking a breeze! Things I dislike: The Samsung SmartThings app just isn't useful. I feel that the burners are located ever so slightly too far towards the center of the stove. This leads to my pots and pans leaning over the flat top in the center of the stove. I wish the burners were just a fraction of an inch more towards the sides of the stove so that the flame felt more centered in the racking.

Purchased 08/01/2025 I have found the glass top scratches extremely easily. I have had other glass top ranges without this problem. The oven light has burned out and oven has not been used often in the past year. Oven temperature is hoter than settings. I would not purchase this range again.

However, I would not recommend this product due to the decals on the control panel wearing off within the year. Samsung didn't offer any resolution to this, so I needed to buy a new controller panel for a large price simply because the decals came off.

As a mom who cooks every meal for my family, a reliable oven is essential. Unfortunately, this one gets extremely hot on the outside burning any hand that touches the outside and feels cheaply made. I wouldn't recommend it

Bought a home with this Samsung range in it. it had scratches in an odd design on the bottom that had rusted. Had a new electrical panel installed and new GFCI circuit to meet code along with Romex wiring. When running the self clean cycle, it tripped the cricuit twice, With a google lens search of the scratches, discovered that other had the same issue with the damage on the oven floor when running self clean or even just heating the oven to bake. The heating element under the oven floor is cracking the eneamel surface, So now we have a range that isn't that old that is non-functional. The comments are that Samsung refuses to acknowledge the problem or do anything about it. After the well known problems with the Samsung side by side refrigerators, I sure would not buy a Samsung

Where the plug connects to the stove is poorly constructed and touched a piece of the back of the unit and burned up. Luckily it was caught before it burned my house down. Of course the warranty is out and now I have to buy a new unit. It will NOT be a Samsung.

Terrible product. After 1 year the panel lights went out and the oven stopped working. Too bad there is not an option for zero stars.

this is my second range. one week ago i got my first defective one. i now have the second one, its defective too! i spent over $1000.00 for a range i thought was going to be a good product. the first one had a error code specifying a signal malfunction, which needed replacement. the second ones firmware needed to be upgraded, per tech support. i'm returning it, too much trouble for a range.
