Great appliance's

Great stovetop, less than great oven

The oven auto-locks if over 400 degrees for some reason. I have played with the child locks to be sure they are off. I have numerous dinners held hostage by the oven while it cools down to a respectable temp or have been unable to put said dinner in as pre-heating locks the thing. If I could rip the lock out I would.

Hello, We understand that owning an oven that locks automatically can be disappointing. Let us help. The door automatically locks when the self-cleaning cycle is started and stays locked until the cycle is canceled and the oven temperature is below 400 °F. This self-cleaning oven uses high temperatures (well above cooking temperatures) to burn off leftover grease and residue completely or reduce them to finely powdered ash that you can wipe away with a damp cloth. The Lock icon changes to an open lock when the oven temperature drops below 400 °F (204 °C). We have provided a link below for information on what to do when the oven door is locked. Oven not working

I purchased my range 6/15/25. The first thing that went out was the start button have to hit cancel several times to activate the start. On 1/16/26 my oven stopped working heat stays at 175. I contacted Samsung that day and after a week of getting the run around I received a call saying they're unable to find a repair tech for my area. Not sure what the out come will be but I'm definitely not a happy camper right now with no oven and not knowing when I will have one.

Stove performance

Would not recommend

As a mom who cooks every meal for my family, a reliable oven is essential. Unfortunately, this one gets extremely hot on the outside burning any hand that touches the outside and feels cheaply made. I wouldn't recommend it

check your warranty

Manufacturer warranty is only for 12 months. if you buy the 3 year warranty, it is really a 2 year extended warranty. More ratings to come as the device is used
