I loved the grille for what it offered as a Tru Infrared. Keeping it covered did not lengthen its life. How ever I would still recommend it if you keep it extremely clean, and use some anti corrosion ( maybe vegetable oil) to protect stainless cabinet fron breaking spot welds. I have faith that Char-Broil will look into these issues. I have just bought another Bigger Char-Broil grille.

This grill is a monster ... easily grill for a small army ... 3 separate burner controls and a side burner with enough BTU's you can actually cook on it, Assembly is a bit tricky if you got big "man" hands when attaching side table and burner ... but good looking and functioning grill.

Looks good. Rolls nice. Hardly do you ever hear someone mention that. Over all very happy. Walmart Associates were kind of enough to assemble. Over all very solid unit. I do have a couple of questions. Is it suppose to ignite with the dial turned all the way down? The grill we replaced started with the dials turned on high. Also my 3 temp gauges always read very high. Each of the times that I used the grill the temps have not dropped below 400. Even with the dials turned all the way down. None the less, over all very happy. I would totally recommend this to anyone. If someone could answer my questions, that would be cool.

I have not used this yet, however I feel compelled to say that what I received was not a grill, but a box of grill parts, some of which were significantly damaged. 5 hours later I have a grill that appears to work properly.

I cooked parrillada in Argentina for years with charcoal, now I have to Char Broil, in both of my houses, I cooked all the time with no flames, like charcoal after 45 minutes burning. I have one with 4 Burner and another model 2014 with 3 Burner. Both are perfect for a Gaucho BBQ perfomance.

I've used the grill for burgers and steaks and it has been great! The burgers and steaks cooked much quicker with the infrared technology. Both came out moist and bursting with flavor, unlike conventional cooking techniques. I would highly recommend this product.

I loved this grill for the first year or so that I had it. I finely found a grill that would not flare up! Now that time has passed the stainless steal grates have deteriorated so I checked into buying new ones, I was then informed that they would cost $52.99!!! Very disappointed!

We bought this grill after our old Char Broil grill that we've used for almost 20 years finally crapped out. This one heats up very quickly due to its infrared properties, does a fine job of grilling steaks, chops, chicken and fish with fine char marks on the meat, all while using a lot less propane than our older model grill.

I bought this grill online from Walmart website a few days back. Overall the quality of this grill is good. I easily converted it to natural gas using Charbroil natural gas conversation kit. There is only one issue I found when I received this grill. One of the main burner support is damaged and not properly intact with the grill. It also has some signs of rust around the damaged part. Since I already spent hours to assemble and then convert to natural gas so I don't was to go through the hassle of returning this grill. Overall I am satisfied but giving 4 stars due to the damaged item I received even after paying full price.
