I have grilled on Char-Broil grills for over 25 years, would not own any other brand.

Great grill, cooks great and no more ruined burned food.

I was very excited to get my first gas grill and after doing some homework I felt this grill the best for a $400 grill. I received the grill and after unpacking I noticed the burner front panel was completely smashed in and the cover had excessive scuffing/scratches on it too. Wal-Mart was completely helpful and tried to find a replacement for me. Although unsuccessful, the effort and attempt is much appreciated! Not sure if I am going to order another Char-Broil grill. Better packaging would have prevented this damage. I only rated it a three star because of the damage. I believe I would have been very happy with this grill but do not want to risk having another grill shipped.

Bought this model this summer, what a great solution. Timesaving grill, only few minutes to very nice food. My life now is to short to coal grill.

Opened box to find shelf and cooking box severely bent. Still waiting to hear from company one week later. I have parts all over my house
