I bought an older version of this grill three years ago. It heats well, is reliable and looks good. Very happy with this grill.

We have had ours for several years, got it when it first came out, the only reason I can't give it a 5 star is we have had to replace the pan once, looks like we may have to do it again

The grill tray design it bad. Thought it would be great but the drain holes are so small they clog after each use. Very difficult to take them out and clean them. Would not recommend this design to anyone.

I have never been more disappointed in a grill in my life. The grill seems very wobbly and I store it up against the house with the wheels locked. On numerous occasions I have come home to find the grill on the ground. The wheels still locked. My previous grill, which was a lot cheaper, had no problem staying there. Also, I bought the charbroil cover specifically made for this model grill and it it already tearing at the corners where the side burners are. I expected way more and if I could I would return it for a full refund. The only thing I do like about the grill is how even the grill cooks. You can use the whole entire grill evenly which is nice if you are cooking for a lot of people. This is the only reason I gave it a 1 star and not less.

Have had this grill for about 6 months, use it about once a week. Positives: heats up quickly, infrared cooking surface cooks well, good value Negatives: 1. Infrared grates are a pain to clean. For burgers I've gone to using teflon type cooking mats on top of the grates, the burgers cook just as well and it's a lot easier to clean. Also the grates have gotten pretty rusty, will have to see how long they will hold up, suspect they won't be cheap to replace. 2. Little individual temperature guages are worthless, two of them have already quit working. Far better to have the traditional one large gauge in the middle to tell you how hot the grill really is. 3. Ignitor system broke apart during installation due to flimsy plastic construction (I admit it was my fault for overtightening). Fixed it but then broke again, now lighting it manually. 4. No hooks or racks for tools unless you buy it as an extra, had to rig my own set, functional but not pretty. If you're considering switching from propane to natural gas, you don't have to buy the $70 conversion kit for this and most other grills. Just get a $25 gas supply hose and connect to the regulator outlet. Then use a 9/32" socket to remove the brass orifice fittings on the outlets of the burner gas valves and you're done with refilling propane bottles. Overall I've been somewhat disappointed with this grill but to be fair it does do a reasonably good job of cooking.

Cooks evenly, reduced flare ups, sturdy.

I thought the even cooking was a great concept. I would have rather had a regular grill though...too many parts to clean and it does not get clean!!

i love this grill. any one that has trouble cleaning it has not read the instructions. it is very easy to clean @ does a beautiful job of grilling.

I have owned several grills. The tru infered grill is the best grill I have ever cooked in
