We bought this for our daughters 3rd birthday. The assembly was extremely complex and I'm glad we had payed for installation. But the installation tech was amazing and so is the swing set.

Definitely would not recommend this to anyone the swings are so close together the bump into each other and the one is so close to the club house is they would stick there foot out it would hit. Absolutely regret buying it.

I bought the swing set for a Christmas gift for my grandchildren and they are enjoying it. The quality is superb. My 4 yr old granddaughter is almost mastering the monkey bars after 1wk of having it

There were a few issues with delivery and installation, but now that it is complete, the kids love it and want to be on it all day. Thank goodness we live in Texas where they can almost play year round.

Overall happy with the product. The wooden boards for the door were all different lengths. Those are going to have to be reordered and sent back out to me. The tech from GoConfigure said she was going to handle this for me.

We love the glider and my one year old is even able to do quite a bit on it. I use the back bench for reading while the kids play. We are all very happy!

Instruction for the side braces where not included, and had problems with the cedar boards. Some were cracked so had to purchase additional wood to finish the project

This item has been such a treat for my 3 granddaughters. They spend time everyday on this swing set. Much fun for them and lots of work for Grandpa. No regrets for purchasing. Installation and assembly was efficient.

It's a much longer build time than the directions suggest and it helps a lot to be handy. However, every piece fit together beautiful and the quality is outstanding. My children LOVE this play set and use it every day!!

So, we purchased this playset for our children ages 5, 3 and 8 months. Seeing how it took us about 1 week, working 5-6 hours each day it is still not finished. The wood is all precut and mostly predrilled but many of the predrilled holes do not match up causing us to have to improvise and drill our own holes to build the thing. Along with that, many of the boards are warped and uneven., The instructions are not that great either. The happy part about this is watching our kids playing, laughing and having a great time being kids. I would only recommend this to a friend if they had a couple of carpenters as friends to help. I feel that for the price, the quality should be a little better.
