The swing set is really nice and my daughter loves it. However, the instructions are not as clear as they could be, leaving out details that would help to know when setting up the boards. Multiple times I had to dissemble what I had previously put together to change. This added multiple hours to the assembly time. I had thought it was my fault for missing details, however, after reviewing the instructions again there was no reference to where the boards should be positioned. I would like to say again, that I am happy with the product.

I'm still debating on having the company come and take this play set down. This is made so cheap it's beyond crazy! I had two 4 year olds on the double swing and two 5 year olds on the single swings, the whole set shook so badly that the stakes came right out of the ground and off the play set that it wad screwed in. The wood is so cheap you can see it splitting around each screw. DO NOT BUY! I am the most practical when it comes to purchases for our home but this was by far the worst decision I've made.

A great addition to our backyard. Instructions were pretty easy to follow although not every picture had each piece of hardware labeled so you had to spend some time figuring that out. BILT app was useful in those instances, although it puts it together in a slightly different order than the included instructions. A few pieces cracked even though we pre drilled as directed. Kids love it!

Just assembled this play yard, the “wood” looks and feels like an artificial pressed fiber product. Many of the thinner boards were split and a few had chunks broken off. The bench broke upon the first time our 30 lb grandson sat on it. The assembly wasn't bad, it took two people 8 hours to complete. I wish it were truly a 100 % wood product. I can't hardly return it now, but wish I could.

Very impressed with how easy it was to order online with instillation. It arrived exactly on schedule. It was installed 2 days later. Great quality and production.

There were a few issues with delivery and installation, but now that it is complete, the kids love it and want to be on it all day. Thank goodness we live in Texas where they can almost play year round.

We bought this for our daughters 3rd birthday. The assembly was extremely complex and I'm glad we had payed for installation. But the installation tech was amazing and so is the swing set.

We love the glider and my one year old is even able to do quite a bit on it. I use the back bench for reading while the kids play. We are all very happy!

It's a much longer build time than the directions suggest and it helps a lot to be handy. However, every piece fit together beautiful and the quality is outstanding. My children LOVE this play set and use it every day!!

Doesn't seem as strong. The assembly people didn't stake down all the area's that were required and put some of the roof board upside down. Overall, it's cute. My kids like it and that's all that matters.
