The directions weren't the greatest when putting it together. Some of the pieces of wood don't fit tight either. Some of the wood is already peeling and we've only had it a month. The main beam that holds the swings was damaged when it arrived but wasn't worth the hassle to return it, after all, it comes in 1000 pieces. You get what you pay for.

I have had it for about 6 weeks and my grandson loves it. We will have a party for all the employees kids on July 3rd will see how they like it then. It does take some time to put together but all & all just go slow read the instructions & it will turn out hopefully great as mine did.

Purchased 4/18/18. Started putting together in my garage and hauled it to the backyard for final assembly. I built it by myself and it took some time, but I only had a couple hours a day to devote to it. As I put together each section I re -applied a semi gloss clear coat to it for added protection. Also great customer service. Was missing a couple parts and a quick phone call got them fed exed right away.

We bought this for our two little girls. Because it has to be shipped, the wood is pretty light weight, and pretty thin. We definitely can't let anybody over about 60 lbs use any part of it. Some of the pieces were missing and some of the hardware just didn't work very well. All in all, we finally got it all done and it is cute and a perfect size for two little girls. I just wish they made it better quality with better directions that weren't translated from Chinese maybe?

It is a good play set, they could use better wood. Some of the parts where already cracked or chipped. To start off they shipped it and left in my driveway. At least I should had been asked where I wanted the heavy boxes. The instructions are better with the app. Some of the tools are already in the box. A level, and a drill will come in handy. The adapter will be in the box. It takes a lot of time to assemble the whole set. If you have a helper it's better, I didn't have another helper. so it's possible for one person.

Just assembled this play yard, the “wood” looks and feels like an artificial pressed fiber product. Many of the thinner boards were split and a few had chunks broken off. The bench broke upon the first time our 30 lb grandson sat on it. The assembly wasn't bad, it took two people 8 hours to complete. I wish it were truly a 100 % wood product. I can't hardly return it now, but wish I could.

Bought this for my 2 year old twins. They love it. However the wood is really thin and probably not capable of holding up an adult. I will not even let my teenage daughter swing on the swing set which is really inconvenient because the babies want us to play with them and we cannot even get on it for fear of it breaking. It is a nice swing set and it does the trick for them. However if I had to pick I would go with a more expensive unit with thicker wood, so it was more durable and could hold up in the long run. The wood would split if you were not careful assembling it. And it was also peeling, it is not real cedar it looks like wood that has been sprayed with cedar. Some of the pieces were bowed out. And the instructions were hard to follow you really had to look at the pictures to figure it out

First of all, my son loves this! He has had a lot of fun with this play set. There are parts of this play set that are good quality. Then there are also parts that I feel are really cheaply made and thin. I don't expect the bench part of this to hold up for too terrible long as it's extremely flimsy.

We love the look and features on the play set, but the boards are very thin. It feels like my kids (ages 7 and 2) could easily break them in some parts of the set and larger kids could most likely not play on this set. The pre-drilled screw holes were not properly placed in some sections, which required more work while putting the set together. The top of the ladder busted when we attached it to the set. Very disappointed.

The swing set is really nice and my daughter loves it. However, the instructions are not as clear as they could be, leaving out details that would help to know when setting up the boards. Multiple times I had to dissemble what I had previously put together to change. This added multiple hours to the assembly time. I had thought it was my fault for missing details, however, after reviewing the instructions again there was no reference to where the boards should be positioned. I would like to say again, that I am happy with the product.
