The kids loved it. I was frustrated that pieces did not come in the package. 2 woods are missing. the instructions are not user friendly the APP was way better. My advice instead of letters using color coatings would have been a lot better. It's not everyday we have to build a play set.

We love the look and features on the play set, but the boards are very thin. It feels like my kids (ages 7 and 2) could easily break them in some parts of the set and larger kids could most likely not play on this set. The pre-drilled screw holes were not properly placed in some sections, which required more work while putting the set together. The top of the ladder busted when we attached it to the set. Very disappointed.

We purchased this set for our grandchildren. The set is very nice. We had the set installed and wish we had installed as it is so unlevel the door won't stay closed. We were not aware it had been anchored down and it wasn't where we wanted it and was told it was too late to move. I would recommend the set but stay on the installers.

Bought this over a month ago. Shipping took some time (due to the courier), but once arrived, it took almost 10 hours to put together with 2 people. The structure is sturdy and my kids are loving it. It will need some accessories as it gives basic things to do, but my kids want a little more for their imagination.

The directions weren't the greatest when putting it together. Some of the pieces of wood don't fit tight either. Some of the wood is already peeling and we've only had it a month. The main beam that holds the swings was damaged when it arrived but wasn't worth the hassle to return it, after all, it comes in 1000 pieces. You get what you pay for.

We bought this for our 2 year deal of for Christmas. I had read all of the reviews and debated on whether to buy and use the installation service provided by Sam's due to the high number of complaints. I can not express enough how pleased we were with the play set and the installation. The gentleman came and installed in the sleet and snow. We offered for him to reschedule but he lived a couple of hours away and had traveled to get to where we live.

I consider myself very handy around the house, and I was shocked how long it took me to build this playset. There is entirely too many different faster types, and sorting them took too long. The worst issue us the wood quality. One month, and ours is peeling already. The wood is Chinese white cedar with the worst quality stain I've ever seen. The wood itself is peeling at the grains. I applied a Thompson waterseal type product, but it hasn't helped with the peeling. You get what you pay for.

It does s a nice swing set for the money. It could be better quality wood but I understand that would increase the cost. The instructions need to be clearer on the illustrations to ensure place of holes on wood. Otherwise it is nice looking and my granddaughter loves it!!

Bought this for my 2 year old twins. They love it. However the wood is really thin and probably not capable of holding up an adult. I will not even let my teenage daughter swing on the swing set which is really inconvenient because the babies want us to play with them and we cannot even get on it for fear of it breaking. It is a nice swing set and it does the trick for them. However if I had to pick I would go with a more expensive unit with thicker wood, so it was more durable and could hold up in the long run. The wood would split if you were not careful assembling it. And it was also peeling, it is not real cedar it looks like wood that has been sprayed with cedar. Some of the pieces were bowed out. And the instructions were hard to follow you really had to look at the pictures to figure it out

We bought this for our two little girls. Because it has to be shipped, the wood is pretty light weight, and pretty thin. We definitely can't let anybody over about 60 lbs use any part of it. Some of the pieces were missing and some of the hardware just didn't work very well. All in all, we finally got it all done and it is cute and a perfect size for two little girls. I just wish they made it better quality with better directions that weren't translated from Chinese maybe?
