I bought this a couple months back, I recently noticed a crack on the swing beam

We purchased this for our two and four year old granddaughters. They love it.
We paid to have it assembled.

I am so disappointed!  We bought this set with installation for our granddaughter. It was installed last Thursday aim time for my granddaughter's birthday party on Saturday!  When I looked at it before the party Saturday I was shocked at how the wood was cracked and splintered. I reached out to customer service via chat and I was told I would receive an email telling me where to send photos.  That was Monday...no email yet!

Poor quality

Just wrapped up building this for the kids.  Patience required during the building process, but instructions proved helpful.  I also used the instructional app, big help.  The best comes at the end when the kids are happily climbing and playing outside vs watching the iPad.
