When I first opened this swing set I was in a little bit of shock. There were many, many parts that needed to be put together. However, the wood and the hardware were nicely marked. I took my time and it took most of the day. It is a very nice swing set and my daughter has much fun with it. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Great purchase for our two year old for his birthday! He loves playing on the entire set. It took only nine hours to complete. There was a problem when we received it from the shipping company where a forklift tore the box and damaged a piece of the wood. Backyard discovery was very pleasant to work with and they replaced the part with no problems. The instructions were difficult to keep up with because some of the explanation was not to clear. Overall great purchase and our son loves it!!

I bought this swing get 2 months ago. It is a great set for my 19 month old to grow into. We did not install the glider because I only have 1 child and we added a bucket swing. There are some great qualities as well as no so great qualities. My father - in law is incredibly handy and it took my husband and him 2 full days to put together. You have to put together everything!!! The wood split and cracked a lot during install and is already peeling in some places. We are adding extra wood to certain areas for added strength. Overall it is a good set up slightly disappointed in the overall quality for the price!

Purchased this for my child along with the installation package. Installer scheduling was very accommodating and the installer arrived at the scheduled time. No mention in any of the information did it state that the ground had to be perfectly level prior to installation. When the installer arrived he refused to do the work because the ground wasn't level and stated that it would be around another $1,000 for the install to level the yard. We declined that offer and Sams Club did refund the installation portion of the cost without argument. I leveled the yard myself and completed the install. The install and yard leveling took a little over three evenings and a full Saturday. I did have to enlist help for the final stages of installation. The directions are very good in some instances and very difficult to read in others. Example of this is the swing installation. Almost no detail to the drawings, just do the best you can with the drawings provided (a lot of guess work here). On the other hand, the door instructions were extremely detailed and clear. Unfortunately, there is a warp in the lower paneling boards so the door won't fit until I plane off between an 1/8 and 1/4" of wood, so no door installed for now. The slide is fairly cheap in my opinion and the building instructions are fairly light on information. Around a dozen pieces of wood were split either upon arrival or when being screwed together. There is a replacement policy and it states that any piece of wood that needs to be replaced within 30 days of purchase will be sent free of any charge and with free shipping. We have requested some of the split pieces be sent out and will know if this policy is legitimate soon. The information also includes a discounting program for replacing damaged and broken parts over a 5 year period with a sliding scale of cost for each year. I.e. the longer you own the play set the more repair parts cost. The picnic bench is strangely built and unsupported. The M10 (their coding system) slats are very thin and don't have additional support/bracing. Some of the boards have already split and I don't expect that the picnic bench section will last long. I will probably have to buy some type of 1/2" plywood to fix this in the near future. The set looks great, the delivery crew helped get the set into the garage even though their customer service agent said they wouldn't do that. The roof is a tongue and groove system that was easy to install. My child is very pleased right now. Overall it appears to be good value for the price. Just remember if scheduling for installation all the dirt work has to be completed prior to their installers arrival or you may have to pay an additional, unplanned, fee for dirt work.

The set was a good value for what you get, but the instructions were poorly labeled and many wood pieces were damaged in shipment and had to be reordered. you better be patient and have some time and good help to accomplish this task. hope the finished product is worth it.

Ordering was easy but every thing else was too complicated. I wondered about the delivery size and contacted the manufacturer since it wasn't on the web site. The two boxes were of reasonable size but together they weighed 275 pounds. They were to be delivered by a 53' semi. There would be no way the truck could turn around on our 1/2 mile rural driveway, so on my initiative I contacted the trucking company and made an alternate delivery point in a suburban neighborhood with my truck and trailer. When the truck arrived I was expected to help the driver transfer these boxes to my trailer. Basically we dropped them into the trailer. Really? It didn't even have a lift gate to help lower the boxes. Sams didn't think this out. It could have been so much easier. Then there were the directions. After about 4 hours we discovered that the Spanish directions were more detailed and were easier to follow even though we don't know Spanish It could be easier. My granddaughters, aged 3 and 1, were very patient and play on it everyday.

For the price, this is a really nice play set. It is definitely not for bigger kids to play on. Swings support a 250lb adult and the rest of it seems to be geared towards kids 100lbs and under. I paid to have it assembled and it was well worth it. They built it in just under 6 hours and my son was on it seconds after they finished. It also looks nice in the yard.

We've had our swing set set up for about 4 months now and the features that came with it are great-the swings, the handles, the teeter totter, and the slide. It was nice that the wood was precut and stained and easy to follow the directions to set it up (which took about two days). However, the wood quality is less than average. The stain is already peeling off in several places, and the wood is so soft we can't use the trimmer around it to cut the grass because it will chop the wood off. My 2 year old son actually tripped on the step ladder and his shoe even chipped the wood! That's how soft it is. I am pretty disappointed in the fact that this won't last us very long as we live in Indiana have the most extreme of all weather.

We bought this for our 4 yr old. Not as durable as I would like. Not sure if my 9 and 12 yr should be on it at all. The company is outstanding! We had a couple of boards that were split when we opened the box and we were able to call and order them free of charge and they shipped them overnight to our front door!
