I bought this Keurig a few weeks ago and haven’t had a single good cup of coffee out of it. I like to use reusable filters instead of buying expensive K-cups, so I bought the Keurig reusable filter which the website says is compatible with this brewer. When I try to use it, it leaks out water around the sides into the cup with only a small bit of coffee. Every cup of coffee I’ve had out of this machine has tasted like water, and the only solution from Keurig’s customer service was to buy non-reusable k cups.

Wish it had a manual on/ off button. Am old fashioned and don’t like to depend on the automatic shutoff. My first Keurig pot I ever purchased ( when they first came out) stopped shutting off so it was donated to our church. It still works but must be manually shut off.

It’s a second machine I purchased specifically for the iced coffee option.. I’ve used it 2x as of now.. The iced coffee option I find comes out better in this machine vs my other Keurig that brews only hot coffee but it does have a frother built in.. So I can make any coffee I am in the mood for.. lol

It was a bday present for my daughter. She is happy with it.

Had one before I really like it

This is a replacement. I loved the first one which was exactly like this but it stopped working. Hope this one contines to work. They were great about replacing the first one.

great brewer; doesn't allow coffee taste to carry over with 2 brewers; it's tippy when short on water in reservoir. Would recommend. Fresh brewed iced tea. I had forgotten how tasty it is.

i love this coffee maker, only thing is that when i descaled it, it stopped working and had only had it for 5 months. when i called keurig they replaced it with a new one. Love it and i would've bought another one even if they hadn't replaced it.

K-Iced failed. Keurig replaced it quickly. Exemplary customer assistance. For all things coffee, I will be a customer forever. This is the way it oughta be.

Got this to replace a larger, not so good unit, which would not dispense more than 10oz of water no matter what size you chose. This unit dispenses what it says and brews cold coffee too. Much smaller and a nice addition to my kitchen
