Makes great coffee but even BETTER Iced coffee Great option just wish it would make more than 12 oz of iced coffee!! LOL Easy to use and would have been nice to come in over colors that White or Grey, but I am sure they will do that soon, but I was not going to wait.

I’ve owned a few Keurig coffee machines over the years and have liked them all, but for simplicity this is the best. The biggest surprise was the first time I put in a pod and chose the cup size. Instant brewing! No waiting for the water to get hot! I love it. Its slim design is perfect for small spaces.

It took nothing to get my coffee/ice coffee machine replaced. I had gotten it for a birthday gift and it only lasted 1 month. Keurig had no problem replacing it for me. They made the whole process very pleasant and easy. Thank you customer service people!

I bought this as a gift for Father's Day. We have/ had a few other Keurigs and were happy about the iced feature. We only notice that it seems to take longer to pour than our other Keurigs but still very nice. We love the more petite body that takes up less space. And the color is very cute.

I bought the K-Iced this month and I am super happy I did. The other Keurig that I had didn’t last long - I bought the slim version and it had to be replaced in the first month. Then it only lasted 1 year. So far I am happy with the options that it has on it. The iced coffee and hot one tastes great! The only thing missing is the power button. Instead I have to unplug it.

Coffee maker completely failed (Would not power on). After trying numerous times, it tripped my circuit breaker. Just under the warranty, called the Service number. After explaining what happened, Keurig shipped a brand new replacement, arriving in a few days...Can not ask for better service. They actually honored the warranty...without a hassle...Very satisfied!

Glad it was replaced but this is the 2nd time. Every 3-4 weeks it’s telling me to Descale, which I do. It no Longer will descale after a few months of use we don’t make more than 2-3 cups a day and I have filtered water in my home. Must be a problem with machine.

I haven't had this machine very long so I can't speak on how it will be with long term use, but it's a very slim design, love the color. The coffee brews very fast. Compared to some other brands and even older model keurigs I think it's pretty quiet.

I received this a few weeks ago and outside of the fact that sometimes it gives different oz’s of coffee than what you chose, it been good. I find that 10 oz gives good flavor, not too strong and not too weak. We don’t have a whole lot of room, and it fits perfectly in our small space.

This is my forth or fifth Keurig. I have loved them all. Only negative is that they don’t last long. I follow all instructions but about a year is all I get out of them. Usually a little over a year, just past warranty is when they die on me. The last one I had only lasted about 4 months but customer service was wonderful. I had a replacement in a little over a week.
