We purchased our Keurig K-Iced Single Serve Coffee maker in August of 2023 and unfortunately it did malfunction by December the same year. We called Keurig and the woman with whom we spoke with was extremely friendly and we tried every trouble shoot under the sun. In the end, Keurig did did offer to replace it completely. They even sent the shipping label so it was free of cost to return. Was it a headache with the coffee maker malfunctioning shortly after the purchase...sure it was, however, Keurig customer service was five stars. Thankyou Keurig!

Bought to replace same Keurig Slim we had for several years that was having problems with setting the cup size. I like this one because it’s slightly less space on the countertop. So far it’s working great, however the water reservoir is a few ounces less so we have to refill it more often. Not a big problem and I would recommend it to anyone who likes Keurig and coffee.

Great little brewer! Goes from strong brew to iced easily. Great selection of cup sizes and has an easy to fill reservoir. Space saving design makes it easy to keep on the kitchen counter all the time, which is great because i drink coffee all the time!

This Simple design is easy to use and it is compact so takes up less space than other models. I love to make iced coffee and teas but still have my hot coffee in the morning. This does both features so nicely. The style allows you to put a fairly tall mug or keurig cup of ice under without removing the drip tray. I bought this as a secondary brewer but decided to use it with summer here… I use more iced tea and coffee ….This is a great little brewer and the 3 cup sizes along with a brew over ice, are all I need .

Since this was a gift for our grand-daughter who is off to Uni in the Fall, she did the research and decided this was the best option for her dorm room. It certainly is compact and clean looking. She was delighted to receive it. (plus we're long time users of Keurig's so know it was a good investment)

Works like a charm. Coffee is hot, ounces are correct (except when making ice coffee, which dispenses 4, 6, 6 ounces instead of 8, 10, 12 ounces), heats very quickly, nicer space saver, love the three cup water tank, stylish, setup and instructions are very easy. Just a great cup of coffee in under two minutes. Well worth the money! On the shipping side, not happy. I don't understand why Keurig had to ship it in three large boxes when one or two would have been sufficient. It is bad enough the k-cups are an environmental disaster, shipping shouldn't be. I grind my own and utilize a re-usable pod.

My first ice coffee maker, my 3rd Keurig.... My first I had for 3 yrs... The 2ed was replaced with this one, I will save it for vacation trips 😂... It does what it's supposed to do... It seems to need more muscle to close the lid with a coffee pod inside and it has more splatter while brewing then my previous Keurigs... If dripping afterwards drives you insane like me, then skip this one... I made/cut and folded some paper towels to help with the mess but it drives me crazy(er).... Does it make hot, cold and strong coffee, absolutely... Does it splitter, drip and need a little extra muscle to close, YES.... Love the gray color 🩶...

I have purchased 4 keurigs in the past 10 years. The first one lasted 4 years, second one 3, and now in the last 3 years 2 more. I would not purchase another but my elderly mother likes the ease of it. In the last 10 years I have had to purchase 2 Nespresso's. Now that is the better coffee and the better price considering how many I have had to purchase. Quality over quantity.

Keurig asked for a review after sending a warranty replacement for the first K-Iced Single Serve Coffee Maker, which died after less than 9 months of infrequent use. The replacement shows the same problem... No matter which button you push (8, 10, or 12 oz.), the machine will decide how much coffee it wants to make and that's that. I end up running it over on the same coffee pod to get the 12 oz I asked for the first time. And, no, it's not plugged with mineral scale - I've only used softened water (in both the original and now the replacement) and it's happening after perhaps 6 pods with the new one. This is an annoying little machine.

So far, this is an excellent way to make either iced or regular coffee. I do really like the feature that allows iced coffee - it was exactly what I was looking for in a coffee maker. And, for those days when I just want a regular, hot cup of joe this does the trick.
