This is an inadequate replacement for my Slim Keurig, which I liked a lot but was defective because the 'descale' light wouldn't go off. the Iced Keurig is very light weight and doesn't seem as sturdy as my previous model. When I push the button to select a size the entire unit moves. There is only one hole puncher and in the slim model there were five to give the coffee and more robust flavor. The iced coffee feature works OK.

My older, larger model started leaking water so I decided to get a more compact one to fit better on my counter top. Two small issues: 1) Plastic backing where cup sits is NOT rounded inward like the on the larger models so cups don't sit far enough back, and 2) Section where you put the K-cup in and the coffee comes out needs to be at least 1/2 an inch further out from the machine. Nozzles have the coffee pouring into the back of the cup instead of the center of the cup like on the larger machines.

I love this machine! I’ve been through 2 name brand espresso/ iced coffee makers in the past and got rid of both because they either required a lot of upkeep, use of coffee grounds, or very expensive pods. Keurig pods are so easy to come by, fantastic and this machine is low maintenance! And I love the versatility of being able to enjoy a hot coffee as well as iced. The ice does not melt, and coffee does not taste watered drown! Highly recommend!

Wish it had a manual on/ off button. Am old fashioned and don’t like to depend on the automatic shutoff. My first Keurig pot I ever purchased ( when they first came out) stopped shutting off so it was donated to our church. It still works but must be manually shut off.

Got this to replace my K-Elite that kept shutting off whenever I tried to start a brew. The brew this makes is extremely light in the same mugs using the same pods leftover from the K-Elite. The all plastic frame looks nice but feels cheap. I am very disappointed.

My daughter loves iced coffee , and she spends tons at coffee shops every day , so I have been looking for a dual coffee maker for awhile . Then K send me a email of their new dual so I brought one & gave it to my daughter today for Easter she used it right away & loves it .

I've had a large Keurig for over 10 years, and it did great the entire time until recently! I bought the K-Iced to replace it. I love the features, and how slim it is (vs the original that I had). My ONLY complaint is that it did not come with a water filter system, I had to purchase that separately. It would have been nice to know when I bought it that it was a separate item, because I would have bought it all together. So, for the fact that it did not come with one, and it was not specified in the item description that it would not come with one, I took one star. Otherwise? Great machine!

Big disappointment and daily frustration. I'm now having trouble with the replacement they sent me for the one I purchased 4 months ago. This new machine malfunctioned on the first day out of the box, gave me 2 ounces of cold coffee with grounds. It hasn't worked well one day in the 2 weeks I've had the replacement. I've purchased many Keurigs over the years but have been getting lemons for the last few. If they can't send me a machine that works well, I'm done with Keurig.

I like the option for the iced coffee or to make the brew stronger! I also like the 3 different size options and the size of the reservoir. Customer service with keurig is also very easy to work with and warranty replaced my maker without making me jump through 100 hoops.

The K-Iced is super-easy to set up and operate. It takes up very little room on the counter and the only drawback is that the reservoir is in the rear, making it a little more difficult to fill than the side-reservoir models. I feel the brewed coffee is just as good as coffee brewed with the multi-stream models and there is definitely an advantage having only 1 needle to clean.
