It's just me so this Keurig is great for now! Hot coffee on a dime & iced if you prefer!

Love being able to have hot or iced coffee with the push of a button

Was quick and new even came with a gift thanks the process was easy

The setting for 8 oz often gives us 10 ounces of coffee which overflows the cup!

The process to get a replacement was awesome and shipped very quickly, excellent customer service

replacement didnt work either and continue to have the same issue. no hot water

My husband likes hot coffee and I like it iced. This machine does both wonderfully and we couldn’t be happier. I also enjoy being able to put more than 1 cup of water in at a time.

I purchased the hot and cold brew and cold brew worked for 1 month then was only hot brew. I called and had new Hot and Cold brew sent to me and cold brew does not work. Very unhappy and disappointed.

Tried this model and had it 2 warranty replacements and still same issues. Not brewing proper ounces and spews coffee all over the maker & counter because it doesn't accommodate all mug styles.

We are really enjoying this little coffee maker, got this to replace a older Keurig that still works fine. This is just the right size and it is nice to have the water reservoir. Works great!!!
