Do this if using refillable pods

I thought the machine sucked. A mess would be made every time I used. That's until I found on YouTube, I needed to modify the pods/machine for use with reusable pods. Keurig should have provided this information. If using refillable pods: 1. Remove the grey, lower portion of pod. 2. Remove the hard plastic pod holder from inside the machine. 3. Now pod fits

Good iced; hope it lasts!

This makes good iced coffee, which is why I bought it; I also use it for hot coffee; we drink a lot of coffee and I am just hoping this coffee maker holds up cuz it's pretty flimsy compared to other keuriigs. That's one reason why I only gave it 3 stars, plus the water container is a bit small.

Small and stylish

I ordered this because my 3rd machine died (after 3-4 years each) and while the machine is great and very stylish it is not heavy enough. I say this because when you are ready to brew and push the size button the machine slides on the counter. I would suspect that different pads on the bottom would prevent this but I am surprised this was not discovered in testing

I recommend it as a must-have for those who want a fast, quiet and compact brewing machine that doesn't take much space. K-Iced a Disappointment

This is an inadequate replacement for my Slim Keurig, which I liked a lot but was defective because the 'descale' light wouldn't go off. the Iced Keurig is very light weight and doesn't seem as sturdy as my previous model. When I push the button to select a size the entire unit moves. There is only one hole puncher and in the slim model there were five to give the coffee and more robust flavor. The iced coffee feature works OK.

It’s a second machine I purchased specifically for the iced coffee option.. I’ve used it 2x as of now.. The iced coffee option I find comes out better in this machine vs my other Keurig that brews only hot coffee but it does have a frother built in.. So I can make any coffee I am in the mood for.. lol

The k-iced single serve is sub par

I bought it for my wife for Christmas . She saw it and opened it early . It is a very disappointing coffee maker . It doesn’t always dispense proper oz of coffee. It spits the coffee out everywhere and makes a huge mess. And the iced coffee button spits the coffee out so hot it instantly melts any ice . It is a huge waste of money

I upgraded from the mr. coffee iced coffee maker and that would melt the ice pretty much by the time it was brewed!! This on the other hand, I still have ice in my coffee and the different sizes help when using different cups. It’s the perfect coffee maker for someone that doesn’t need anything too fancy. Wonderful upgrade

We purchased this coffee maker to replace our original Keurig that was gifted to us in 2010. We wanted the strong brew feature, we’re intrigued with the ice brew feature and liked the idea of a smaller footprint. Amazingly it seems that the new water reservoir is the same size as the original. Much easier to refill also. Love the strong brew and iced coffee features. What’s really cool is not having to wait between brews or even for the initial brew in the morning. Great product!! And the price was great.
