I have a small work-in kitchen in my apt. My old white Cuisinart Coffee Maker served me well but was taking up too much room on my counter and I could not get the brown coffee stains out of the white plastic. I got tired of looking at it. The Keurig K-Iced takes up half the room. It looks cool in the Gray color and performs well. I have used it only to brew hot coffee so far. I’ve used Starbucks Caramel pods and I also purchased the My K-Cup Universal adapter new version to brew ground coffee from a bag of Dunkin Donuts French Vanilla. Both tasted great! I like that the water tank is transparent so I can sew how mush water is left and remember to dispose of it to prevent mold. When brewing via the My K-Cup, I fill it past the Max Line to the very too, I press the Strong Button and 10 oz. I get a delicious big cup of coffee. I tried filling it to the Max Line and it tasted too weak. When using pods, I press Strong and 8 oz because 10 oz comes out too weak. The only thing I don’t like is when the watee tank is less than half full, it won’t brew. The Add Water light blinks. That precludes me from using bottled water because I like to discard the water in the sink when I wash the filter. Other than that, I love this coffee maker.

My older, larger model started leaking water so I decided to get a more compact one to fit better on my counter top. Two small issues: 1) Plastic backing where cup sits is NOT rounded inward like the on the larger models so cups don't sit far enough back, and 2) Section where you put the K-cup in and the coffee comes out needs to be at least 1/2 an inch further out from the machine. Nozzles have the coffee pouring into the back of the cup instead of the center of the cup like on the larger machines.

Glad it was replaced but this is the 2nd time. Every 3-4 weeks it’s telling me to Descale, which I do. It no Longer will descale after a few months of use we don’t make more than 2-3 cups a day and I have filtered water in my home. Must be a problem with machine.

This Keurig is amazing! I was skeptical about the “iced” feature but it really does work! If you’re expecting Starbucks Cold Brew, this isn’t it, but this Keurig provides excellent iced coffee which will ultimately save you money. I am so pleased with this purchase! Also this model brews the coffee faster than my previous Keurig. What a treat!

This is a fantastic little machine. It is small and compact. The 1st machine I bought was defective. As soon as I called the company, they addressed the issues and sent a replacement quickly! The machine makes my coffee quickly and well. I love my new machine!

I bought it for my wife for Christmas . She saw it and opened it early . It is a very disappointing coffee maker . It doesn’t always dispense proper oz of coffee. It spits the coffee out everywhere and makes a huge mess. And the iced coffee button spits the coffee out so hot it instantly melts any ice . It is a huge waste of money

Makes great coffee but even BETTER Iced coffee Great option just wish it would make more than 12 oz of iced coffee!! LOL Easy to use and would have been nice to come in over colors that White or Grey, but I am sure they will do that soon, but I was not going to wait.

My first ice coffee maker, my 3rd Keurig.... My first I had for 3 yrs... The 2ed was replaced with this one, I will save it for vacation trips 😂... It does what it's supposed to do... It seems to need more muscle to close the lid with a coffee pod inside and it has more splatter while brewing then my previous Keurigs... If dripping afterwards drives you insane like me, then skip this one... I made/cut and folded some paper towels to help with the mess but it drives me crazy(er).... Does it make hot, cold and strong coffee, absolutely... Does it splitter, drip and need a little extra muscle to close, YES.... Love the gray color 🩶...

Great little brewer! Goes from strong brew to iced easily. Great selection of cup sizes and has an easy to fill reservoir. Space saving design makes it easy to keep on the kitchen counter all the time, which is great because i drink coffee all the time!

I thought the machine sucked. A mess would be made every time I used. That's until I found on YouTube, I needed to modify the pods/machine for use with reusable pods. Keurig should have provided this information. If using refillable pods: 1. Remove the grey, lower portion of pod. 2. Remove the hard plastic pod holder from inside the machine. 3. Now pod fits
