Since this was a gift for our grand-daughter who is off to Uni in the Fall, she did the research and decided this was the best option for her dorm room. It certainly is compact and clean looking. She was delighted to receive it. (plus we're long time users of Keurig's so know it was a good investment)

We purchased our Keurig K-Iced Single Serve Coffee maker in August of 2023 and unfortunately it did malfunction by December the same year. We called Keurig and the woman with whom we spoke with was extremely friendly and we tried every trouble shoot under the sun. In the end, Keurig did did offer to replace it completely. They even sent the shipping label so it was free of cost to return. Was it a headache with the coffee maker malfunctioning shortly after the purchase...sure it was, however, Keurig customer service was five stars. Thankyou Keurig!

This Keurig is the perfect size. It is slender and fits nicely under my cabinet and can be tucked away taking up very little storage. It has 3 cup sizes, which is great on the days you need an extra boost. The ice coffee feature is a plus! I highly recommend this Keurig Coffee Maker.

Works like a charm. Coffee is hot, ounces are correct (except when making ice coffee, which dispenses 4, 6, 6 ounces instead of 8, 10, 12 ounces), heats very quickly, nicer space saver, love the three cup water tank, stylish, setup and instructions are very easy. Just a great cup of coffee in under two minutes. Well worth the money! On the shipping side, not happy. I don't understand why Keurig had to ship it in three large boxes when one or two would have been sufficient. It is bad enough the k-cups are an environmental disaster, shipping shouldn't be. I grind my own and utilize a re-usable pod.

This Simple design is easy to use and it is compact so takes up less space than other models. I love to make iced coffee and teas but still have my hot coffee in the morning. This does both features so nicely. The style allows you to put a fairly tall mug or keurig cup of ice under without removing the drip tray. I bought this as a secondary brewer but decided to use it with summer here… I use more iced tea and coffee ….This is a great little brewer and the 3 cup sizes along with a brew over ice, are all I need .

I love this machine! I’ve been through 2 name brand espresso/ iced coffee makers in the past and got rid of both because they either required a lot of upkeep, use of coffee grounds, or very expensive pods. Keurig pods are so easy to come by, fantastic and this machine is low maintenance! And I love the versatility of being able to enjoy a hot coffee as well as iced. The ice does not melt, and coffee does not taste watered drown! Highly recommend!

Love the streamlined design, larger water reservoir, and increased cup ounces compared to our last Keurig(RIP). Cold brew and strong brew functions are great! My only real complaint is that I wish it had a power button for those moments when we accidentally bump one of the buttons.

I have purchased 4 keurigs in the past 10 years. The first one lasted 4 years, second one 3, and now in the last 3 years 2 more. I would not purchase another but my elderly mother likes the ease of it. In the last 10 years I have had to purchase 2 Nespresso's. Now that is the better coffee and the better price considering how many I have had to purchase. Quality over quantity.

I love this machine. I have had the larger Keurig machines over the years and needed a new one since I moved across country and left my old one with my daughter. This one is sleek and does hot and cold drinks with ease. It is great to have a Keurig in the kitchen again.

Keurig asked for a review after sending a warranty replacement for the first K-Iced Single Serve Coffee Maker, which died after less than 9 months of infrequent use. The replacement shows the same problem... No matter which button you push (8, 10, or 12 oz.), the machine will decide how much coffee it wants to make and that's that. I end up running it over on the same coffee pod to get the 12 oz I asked for the first time. And, no, it's not plugged with mineral scale - I've only used softened water (in both the original and now the replacement) and it's happening after perhaps 6 pods with the new one. This is an annoying little machine.
