It took two strong men to get out of my SUV. Putting it together was simple by following the instructions. The handles/attachments are numbered in such as way only an idiot could goof it up. Some of the angles of the attachment nuts are very difficult to get tight. Was torquing them down and was afraid it may be too much. Took about 90 minutes to do. Getting it on the base was TOUGH as there are not real handles to grab and the egg is slippery, I made a makeshift rope handle to attach to it and lower it on the egg, I would advise anyone putting this together to do the egg part on a taller table than the base. Take all of the guts out before lowering into the cradle. Use your own wrenches as the ones supplied are kindly speaking a joke. I'd think someone spending 400+ on a product the supplier would put in quality tools. Have not fired it up yet as I forgot the charcoal That happens tomorrow sometime.

It took 2 hours to put it together. There were a ton of imperfections on the outside of the egg and the wheels are totally out of balance. The paper glue also stuck to the two shelves. We haven't cooked with it, but so far it seems like junk.

This grill is great but it has false advertising. It says Assembled Size 28.75" x 51" x 47.25" but i measured . It is 22. Can you explain that please.

It took 3 men to get it off the truck. Unfortunately, they left and we put the frame together ourselves- now wondering exactly how to get the grill in there. Someone else said it weighed 220 lbs. It does look very nice.

Can this grill be integrated into a kitchen setup and not be out in the stand?

I bought this grill a month ago it got a crack and broke already...a horrible grill very fragile.

Grill was broken when I opened box, box was not damaged on the outside, I would avoid this grill
