I bought this a few weeks ago and so far, I have cooked 6 racks of ribs, a brisket flat, some burgers, and dogs. No not all at the same time. lol The almost 20inch diameter round rack has two levels, so that's a lot of room to put your food for smoking. If grilling, I recommend one tier cooking rack. If you are looking for the diffuser, its not the small. For the B Series, we need the large and its sold out at Sams. :-( But anyway, start your fire with lump coal slow using the squares or an electric starter. Before its a raging fire at 400 degrees...spread those coals around and close your vents at about 175...then it will work its way up to 225. Make sure the temp is stable, throw in some of your favorite woodchips/chunks and let it get good and smokey. Start your meat of choice and get ready for a delicious flavor for your BBQ.

My grill arrived broken!

I have used the grill 3 times since I got it last month. I love it. I've wanted a BGE for years, but they were too pricey. The bright orange is a nice color. Best grill ever!

Bought this 2 years ago and absolutely love it! Way better value than a big green egg. About a third of the price. Excellent Quality. Highly recommend it.

Cooks nice and slow, meats retain most of their juices, flavors are much more savory, and a very small amount of charcoal is required to cook for a very long(3-4hours) time

I've had mine for eight months. Have grilled and smoked different types of meats and vegetables. Smoked pork shoulders for over 15 hours held temps great.

I bought this grill in May. It had what appeared to be hardwood slatted shelves. When mine arrived it had cheap soft wood shelves that didn't fit properly. Yesterday I noticed that both shelves had warped and one had split. It's labor day today so I will be contacting Sam's Club and try to purchase the upgraded shelves that the grill at my Sam's club has on display.

Bought this at a store 2hrs away, because my local stores didn't have inventory and would not "ship to store". Drove to pickup, got home and unpacked only to discover the lid had been cracked. Called both the store and Vision, finally after explaining the situation multiple times, their solution "Just return it to your store for an exchange.." My local store doesn't have inventory, that's the reason I drove 2hrs. Regardless, now I have to load this monster back up, return it to the store and am now out 4hrs of my time, all the gas and no grill. Horrible overall experience from Sams and Vision Grills. Disappointed no one would send a replacement part or compensate for what I was out throughout the ordeal.

I bought this almost two months ago. When we opened the box we found that the dome ceramic was cracked and the dome was split in to three very large shards. Been trying to get Sam's to schedule return pickup no luck there. Don't buy unless you want to get stuck with a boat anchor.
