bought it Aug. 17th.. got it loaded with help. used side door on full size van. BEWARE , this thing weighs over 200#. got home slid it out of van and uncrated it. frame was easy to assemble . NOW FOR THE HARD PART ...getting the grill into the frame. REMINDER ...IT WEIGHS 200# YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SET ASSEMBLED GRILL INTO FRAME BY YOURSELF... after a few minutes of examining, decided to remove lid (easy enough .4 screws holding hinge) removed all internal parts ,then set bottom part into frame. put all internal parts back into bottom half and reattach lid ..you may need some help reattaching lid, as hinge is spring loaded and must be reattached in the open position. attached side shelves and lid handle and put grates in. In all took about 30 minutes. SOOOOO.. the assembly was not that bad& it DOES come with everything . some said they did not get ashtray or tiered grates ,this one did and did include cover ALL FOR $400.00.. WILL UPDATE AFTER BRISOL RACE SAT. EVENING ON COOKING PART

Fit and finish is about what I expected lots of Kamado style grills on the market but for the price this is hard to beat. Cooks well constructed well. Holds tempeture well, shelf alignment is off slightly, love the color variety (Orange)

My husband loves it!

Easy to use and clean up

Bought ours at Sam's about 18 months ago. Best purchase I've ever made. We have done everything from a 13 hour smoke on a pork shoulder, to 3-2-1 ribs, to amazing side dishes, to high heat grilling. Only issue we ever had was with the nest casters buckling. Vision CS took care of this in about 3 days and sent me an entirely new nest. Currently looking to build customized table. For those on the fence, jump it.

Wanted this grill so bad, and when Sams gets another one, Ill try it again. Issues are one you can see the 1000's of fractures in body of grill, and pin holes. The company said the cracked look is normal, called crazing. If this was even, and not 50% no cracks, and 50% excessively cracked, may be nice. The way it looks is old and used like my older dishes. This is just information in case you had your eyes on the lighter colored grills they have, what you will most likely get. Hopefully save someone else time, this will be a 5-6 week order, replacement if they get these back in before weekend. They do have black in stores in stock usually. After seeing this, I may consider exchanging for black if the next one comes in looking like this. Ones I seen in store didnt show places like this. Maybe the black is hiding it. Maybe this issue is why they dont carry these colors in store as well.

I have many grills and smokers..I consider myself an avid grill-master.. The craftsmanship of the Vision is superb. The finish and ease of use is awesome. Quite honestly if I would have bought this one first..I probably only have only one grill. It does it all..Uses very little fuel and stays hot a long long time. You will not be sorry your bought it.

Haven't used this yet because it is very heavy and hard to move.

Amazing grill, produces great flavor

I purchased mine from Sam's a year ago, and I love it. My son is getting married and I wanted to get him one. He said “give me your old one and buy an “egg” since you know you like this style of grill”. It helped me realize that I don't want to sacrifice all the extras that the “egg” doesn't have and I oughta write a review. The ash drawer and the double rack are worth it to me to stay with Vision, not to mention the rolling cart and the side shelves. I've done many pizzas, whole chickens, fajitas & roasts. It doesn't do ribs like my smoker and I would never try a brisket but it serves a purpose and it does it well.
