We’re sorry to hear the wipes pack wouldn't seal and the wipes dried out. It may help to know the wipes refill packs are designed to be emptied into a wipes tub. For a reclosable wipes pack with a plastic flip-top lid, we offer Pop-Top Packs. We’ve also recently added a plastic lip to the opening to help separate the wipes as they come out.
