Clean ingredients, great taste, packaging sealed and work well but I wouldn’t give kids a full dose every day. As for the value they can be quite pricey so I use them sparingly.

My kids has no issues with the taste and love it, they even ask for more but ofcourse we don’t exceed the recommended dose. What I love about this product, it helps with any digestive issues especially when they don’t have enough dairy intake. The ingredients are quality and good. The gummies are also gluten free.

His stools are always hard and pasty. (I know, gross!) Since starting these vitamins we have been able to stop giving the MiraLAX!! He’s now going daily to the bathroom and his poops are the most normal we’ve seen them in his life!!! The best part is he says they taste better than candy gummies. :) Highly, highly recommend these if your little is struggling with pooping.

The gummy is like a swedish fish, chewy and gets stuck in your teeth. It's been about a week to week and a half of taking them. I guess I don't know about any results on better with or without them but it's good she is getting more greens and fiber.

I was worried about how they would like the flavors with it being packed full of healthy vegetables, but they actually really like them. My 7 year old asked for more, but I had to explain that it's wasn't a gummy snack. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family and will be purchasing more.
