They are vitamins that provide benefits to their bodies and the truth is that I feel safe when I know that they are taking them and are benefiting from these vitamin gummies and their nutrients. They also have vitamins B12, A, E, K1, and iodine, prebiotic fiber. They also really like taking them because they are rich in flavor and they love the design of the special container for children. My 5.5 year old daughter has issues with being regular pooper and its hard to find something shell willing take when it comes to vitamins. So the taste of these are better than the last ones i got which makes the value for them worth every penny and the fact it works without the opposite effect like some of the probiotic version tend to be to much so this is an excellent option to get her insides moving better constantly. (Usually if its not a fun shape my younger munchkin refuses to take them)

My 4 year old can have one gummy a day and my 10 year old can have 2 daily. They can be taken with or without food. These are stated to be sourced from premium ingredients, which I really appreciate. Also they are third party tested which means what they say are in them are actually in them! They have a smooth and gummy texture which both my kids like, especially my 4 year old which can be turned off by certain textures. Every 2 gummies have 3 grams of fiber, which is great for their digestion. I love how the vegetable blend is organic consisting of kale, spinach, and broccoli. These are also non-gmo and gluten free.
