They like the taste too much, that have to hide because they think its gummy bites. I started giving them about 1 week ago. I would recommend that they increase water to stay hydrated if your child is going more throughout the day.

They love the taste, but strawberry flavor is more tasty than the grape. I love that they provide fiber and a blend of veggies like kale, spinach and broccoli. My daughter has Autism and ARFID, and her safe foods do Not include vegetables. I love the idea of taking two gummies daily and getting the equivalent of 3 cups of kale, with 3 grams of fiber. However, unfortunately, they taste pretty awful, and my daughter literally gagged when trying them. This is an amazing concept, just needs to improve the taste!
