My kids definitely don’t get enough fiber (or veggies 🤦🏼‍♀️) in their diet and these are a perfect fit! They taste yummy and they ask for them every day, what more can you ask for? The bottle is large and they’ll last a while, and they are easy to throw in a bag to take away on vacation! These are definitely a part of their daily routine and we are huge fans now!

When I discovered that there was a veggie and fiber blend I immediately decided to give them a try. My kid loves them and it helps him reach his fiber goals considering he is a picky eater. The ingredients are great and they are a clean option amongst what I can find locally.

I must say be aware because out of my three kids, two of them had the 🚾🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️and I don't know if that's a good thing or not so if you have toddlers or young kids keep an eye on them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good fiber source for kids. I give them to my kids in the afternoon with their afterschool snack. The gummies are firm, not as soft as a multivitamin would be. They are affordable and you get what you paid for.

The taste wasn’t bad, but I personally have had better fiber gummies before. The flavor felt like it was trying a little too hard to be “extra tasty,” which made it come across a bit strong—and the smell was pretty intense, too. They definitely get the job done if you’re looking for a fiber supplement for kids, but based on taste and smell alone, I’d say there are other options out there that I’ve enjoyed more. Still, they’re not terrible—just not my personal favorite.
