When I discovered that there was a veggie and fiber blend I immediately decided to give them a try. My kid loves them and it helps him reach his fiber goals considering he is a picky eater. The ingredients are great and they are a clean option amongst what I can find locally.

The smell and texture and taste is also pleasant, my kids tend to treat these more like candy….i definitely have to keep them out of reach otherwise they will eat them all!

We have tried everything including other fiber supplements but nothing has worked well and she hated the taste of the supplements. So I wasn’t very optimistic with trying Smarty Pants Kids Digestive Gummies. I’m happy to say she loves them! After taking the first one she wanted another one. Obviously they are not a treat so i explained to her that it’s recommended to start the first week with one a day and then transition to two a day. Goes to show how tasty they are which makes her want to take them. Since starting them she has had more regular bathroom habits and I feel better about her fiber intake. So in all it’s been a win! I would highly recommend these to any parent who struggles to get fiber into their kids diet or has belly troubles due to lack of fiber. Because sometimes the kids not eat enough vegetables for the body .it is make her feel better and happy , taste good too.

The taste wasn’t bad, but I personally have had better fiber gummies before. The flavor felt like it was trying a little too hard to be “extra tasty,” which made it come across a bit strong—and the smell was pretty intense, too. They definitely get the job done if you’re looking for a fiber supplement for kids, but based on taste and smell alone, I’d say there are other options out there that I’ve enjoyed more. Still, they’re not terrible—just not my personal favorite.

My 7th and 2nd graders didn’t like the taste, only my preschooler does.
