These can be given to children 4 years of age and older. My kids are 10 and 4, so these were perfect for us to try. My 4 year old can have one gummy a day and my 10 year old can have 2 daily. They can be taken with or without food. These are stated to be sourced from premium ingredients, which I really appreciate. Also they are third party tested which means what they say are in them are actually in them! They have a smooth and gummy texture which both my kids like, especially my 4 year old which can be turned off by certain textures. Every 2 gummies have 3 grams of fiber, which is great for their digestion. I love how the vegetable blend is organic consisting of kale, spinach, and broccoli. These are also non-gmo and gluten free. They taste like organic gummies and my 4 year old asks for hers daily. I highly recommend these!
