They feel like a natural fruit snack and taste good enough that they need no convincing to eat! My 8 year old enjoys them. I only wish they had a little more fiber per gummy.

His stools are always hard and pasty. (I know, gross!) Since starting these vitamins we have been able to stop giving the MiraLAX!! He’s now going daily to the bathroom and his poops are the most normal we’ve seen them in his life!!!
