[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smarty Pants Kids Fiber & Veggies: My daughters have been taking these gummies daily for 2 weeks and I have noticed that they have greatly benefited their digestion. They are vitamins that provide benefits to their bodies and the truth is that I feel safe when I know that they are taking them and are benefiting from these vitamin gummies and their nutrients. They also have vitamins B12, A, E, K1, and iodine, prebiotic fiber. They also really like taking them because they are rich in flavor and they love the design of the special container for children. They also seem perfect to me for the price.

These are great and they taste good to my daughter. The packaging is cute but could be more safe as if my 5 year old can open them.

She said the flavor was good and did not have a bad after taste like other gummy vitamins she has tried. I'm not sure I will add them into our health routine because I don't think it's necessary to incorporate another supplement when she eats plenty of fruits and veggies daily and she doesn't need assistance with more fiber. It was nice to try these as we like other SmartyPants supplements.

I like natural, so I will continue having them get their fiber from their diets. I will not be purchasing these gummies. I do not feel they are of a benefit to my kids.
