She has had to take prescription medication to help her use the restroom. After only a few days of taking these, she has had no issues going to the bathroom. And she says they taste fantastic.

We have tried everything including other fiber supplements but nothing has worked well and she hated the taste of the supplements. So I wasn’t very optimistic with trying Smarty Pants Kids Digestive Gummies. I’m happy to say she loves them! After taking the first one she wanted another one. Obviously they are not a treat so i explained to her that it’s recommended to start the first week with one a day and then transition to two a day. Goes to show how tasty they are which makes her want to take them. Since starting them she has had more regular bathroom habits and I feel better about her fiber intake. So in all it’s been a win! I would highly recommend these to any parent who struggles to get fiber into their kids diet or has belly troubles due to lack of fiber. I’m usually not a fan of gummy vitamins for my kids due to dental reasons/concerns. My kids liked these vitamins, they were not sticky and did not stick to their teeth. They actually liked the flavor and would ask me to give them more throughout the day(of course I didn’t) the packaging is cute, my kids knew instantly that these were for kids.

His body responded after the first use and he said he feels so "good". He did not care for the smell but to me, it seemed like any gummy.
