I can't tell you how effective the product is because my kids refused to eat another one after their first one. The kids say they taste gross so another one bites the dust.

It does have a veggie taste like green veggies taste, I was only able to eat one I was not able to take the taste of It. They keep taking them they know it's good for them, I offered my husband and he ate them like a champ he enjoyed them, so it's a matter of taste buds. You have to try and see what works, some kids will surprise you my younger niece loves this type of stuff.
