The seat cushion was too short and too hard--very uncomfortable. After taking all the time to assemble this chair I was very disappointed. The store needs to have assembled models of every chair they sell to sit on before making a purchase.

Very Uncomfortable.

The lumbar support was too firm and too low. And it is not adjustable. Seat cushion also felt too firm. For the money, one can do much better. 5 stars to Sams Club and their staff, who were very friendly and helpful with the return.
