This chair is extremely comfortable. After trying many chairs before purchasing this one we realized that we were impressed with the comfort and quality of the La-z-Boy brand. Unfortunately there was not a display in the store to test the chair prior to purchase. We were looking for a big & tall chair for my son (6'4) and needed a chair with a seat base long enough to be comfortable for his legs. We we decided to purchase it without testing it out and were rewarded with a great chair! The lumbar support was the best part! It is as if they understand how people use this chair. Good lumbar support when sitting up and removing it when reclining back. The cushions are sturdy and appear to be made to last. The structure of the chair is also sturdy for a big and tall person. I am is average height (5'6) and it is comfortable for me as well. Overall it is a quality piece of furniture for the price.

So far, so good. This chair replaces a previous La-Z-Boy home office chair that was purchased seven years ago. The faux leather of the previous chair cracked within a couple of years even though the chair itself was still structurally sound and intact. This chair seems to be more sturdy and I’m hopeful the faux leather will wear better. The brown color is very attractive.

I needed a new office chair and this fit the bill. So comfy and functional., no back issues anymore!

Any chair now feels like a metal frame with a cardboard upholstery. This is magic I work from home and sometimes work long hours this chair has been a game changer

Nice chair. It had a small hole in the upholstery and the manufacturer replaced the seat in just a couple of days. I work from home and sit in this chair about 8 hours a day. Its is fairly comfortable to sit in. I wish it had a little more upper back/should support. It does have nice lower back support.

took a while to assemble it, the chair looks really nice and that's all it is, it just look nice. It says it's for tall/big person but the seat cushion is too small, maybe for a child it would be perfect. I agree with the other reviewer, they should have one already assembled on display for customers to try it. would like to return it but the box that it came in with is already tossed away. what a waste of time going through putting it together. I am going to contact customer service and see if I can still return it.

I thought I was going to love this chair, but it disappointed me. The leather is torn right next to one of the screw holes. I only had it one day before this happened. There are also two rub marks on each side of the back from where I played it on a sheet to put it together.

Short seated. Bothers your legs. Height adjustment is difficult. The lumber feels as if you have a soccer ball behind you. does this have an adjustment? The chair is much smaller than the other previous versions. The seat is so short, a big butt would not fit in this chair. I threw away the box prematurely and paid to have it assembled. I'm therefore stuck with it. Never again Lazy-boy.

Don’t buy this chair I’ve had mine 2 years I weigh 240lbs. The cushion and lumbar gave out, contact the company. The warranty for 10 years is for metal parts only. Chair cushion is 1 year. I Never buy LazyBoy product again.

I have had a lazy boy office chair for the last 10 Years and was very happy with it. So I decided to buy another one. Bought it put it together and sat in it and… was the most uncomfortable chair I have aver sat in. I had to take it apart rebox and return. Very disappointed after loving this product for so many years. Had to buy a foreign made chair just to be comfortable.
