Excellent product, I hit a Wall on losing weight. And then I started this and within 45 days I lost a lot. I call it a magic pill. I used to be a 2x shirt and now I comfortably wear large.

I have been taking CLA for many years. I will say it's not a lose weight pill but if you do the work out and take the cla you will see quicker results. That's what it did for me. EVERYONE is different. I definitely recommend it.

I wasn't sure about this in the beginning but I do believe it has made a difference with my stomach fat and I can some results from my ab/core workouts. Key thing to remember is diet is very important for abs.

It's ok, it could be better. I'm not seen much results, at best a minimum weight reduction. Not worth it to buy again.

Great product I take them consistently with proper eating and exercise. I definitely see a sit in body composition

I like the larger sized bottle. The soft gels are easy to swallow. Seem to work fine?.do not upset my stomache.

I have been using CLA for years and it does keep me lean and BBB I don't even seem to exercise it just works.

Seeing a lot of mid section waist improvement. You can archive a better results if you combine CLA with exercise.
