Have used this product many years it helps my metabolism and reduces inches I try & use it all the time . GREAT PRODUCT

I have not noticed a difference in my weight at all. Haven't lost 1 lb, even with a light daily workout.

Great product I take them consistently with proper eating and exercise. I definitely see a sit in body composition

I use this in conjunction with Omega 3 and it not only assists with body composition, but my Cholesterol levels are right within normal limits.

I like the larger sized bottle. The soft gels are easy to swallow. Seem to work fine?.do not upset my stomache.

It's ok, it could be better. I'm not seen much results, at best a minimum weight reduction. Not worth it to buy again.

I was skeptical but I can say that it help me to lose and maintain a healthy weight.. This goes hand n hand with diet and exercise

I haven't taken it twice a day all the time, but my clothes seem to be feeling looser on me.
