Helps me feel energized.

Amazing energy and soreness going away quicker. More ripped in a short time. And put on muscle as well in a couple weeks. And increases in weight and more endurance for more sets longer workouts. I've never taken it before. I will definitely continue to take it!!

CLA helps to gently give me more energy through out the day. I especially notice my energy after returning home from working all day. I'm not exhausted as I once was.

I've been taking these for going on 8 years and they work extremely well. I had a liver transplant and before that while in liver failure I lost every ounce of muscle, with these vitamins I have completely regained and my muscles and my strength.

I had to wait a month before reviewing this product. I'm a 27 year old mom who has been struggling to lose 20lbs and have a balanced diet. I've done some research on CLA products in general and one of the things mentioned is some individuals can be lacking L-carnitine in there bodies just like any deficiency. I gave this product a try for 30 days and found losing weight easier . I went from being stuck at 184lbs to 177.6lbs I've consistently had one scoop a day and was eating in a deficit to lose 1 and a half pounds per week and excercised. I hope this helps anyone who is struggling like I was.

This is great stuff! I had been taking another manufactures CLA for a few years and it seemed to do nothing. I was getting more disillusioned because of problem with too many burst capsules inside the bottle making it all a gooey mess to deal with. I found GNC CLA and decided to give it a try and I'm very happy that I did. If nothing else, it helps me maintain a better weight and to me that's a big deal!

Have used these on and off and if you are cutting back calories it does help accelerate it a bit.

So I've been exercising 6-7 days a week plus really monitoring my food intake (ie: counting calories). If you are truly on top of this you'll see a difference. I've lost 2.5-3 inches off my waist since restarting this while actually exercising/counting calories. If you can stay on top of it I highly recommend!

Waste of money and time. I bought 3 bottles of this, I was active, watch my diet and even averaged close to a gallon of water every day. Nothing happened though. Felt like I was talking empty water pills.

Been taking this product for 3 weeks with excersize and they don't have any affect. No weight loss no increase in energy etc. Would not buy again.
