I had to wait a month before reviewing this product. I'm a 27 year old mom who has been struggling to lose 20lbs and have a balanced diet. I've done some research on CLA products in general and one of the things mentioned is some individuals can be lacking L-carnitine in there bodies just like any deficiency. I gave this product a try for 30 days and found losing weight easier . I went from being stuck at 184lbs to 177.6lbs I've consistently had one scoop a day and was eating in a deficit to lose 1 and a half pounds per week and excercised. I hope this helps anyone who is struggling like I was.

Today is 04/09/21 ... yesterday evening I had my first dose of CLA...this morning my second....I purchased the lean essentials multi vitamin .... along with essential amino energy as well.. I have been working out on my elliptical machine 5 to 7 days a week @least 20mins a day...for months...... my mid section needs more attention... Laurie works at the GNC in Birch Run Michigan said this should work for me, She sounds very sure of the product so I figured I try it out so I'll keep you posted....

This is great stuff! I had been taking another manufactures CLA for a few years and it seemed to do nothing. I was getting more disillusioned because of problem with too many burst capsules inside the bottle making it all a gooey mess to deal with. I found GNC CLA and decided to give it a try and I'm very happy that I did. If nothing else, it helps me maintain a better weight and to me that's a big deal!

My husband was buying his whey proteins and I had no intentions of buying anything but, you know when you're in any store too long you begin to browsed and them asking questions. I'm so against taking any dietary supplement but, the older I get the harder it has become to lose my abs, specifically my lower abs!! Baby!!! Can I tell you I'm glad I listened to the salesman. Just know I wanted something just for my abs. The store associate told me about CLA. Boy, I'm glad I listened. I work out 3 days a week also throwing in some and workout and I lost 10lbs including my abs went down tremendously. I'm like no way. The store associate recommended intake of all 4pills at night which made sense because you no longer eat. I gave it four stars because it makes me nauseous each time I take it. I will tell you I'm going to buy another bottle as well. My goal is to flat stomach and lost 10lbs more. So happy, I stepped outside the box. IT'S A MUST HAVE

Honestly I'm not sure if it is the CLA or the combination of using CLA, Slimvance, B complex, and Burn 60 together but something has really kicked in in my system. I have gone from eating 1300 calories a day and barely losing weight to losing weight effortlessly (eating mindfully). My energy has increased as well as some appetite suppression.

For the record, back in July of 2021, I weighed 275lbs at 5'7", size 46 pants. Not a good look. Since then, I have been taking CLA consistently, 2 gel tabs twice daily. Now I will admit, since then I have cut out energy drinks, soda, bread, garba*e. I eat very clean now and on a very strict meal plan. I won't say CLA had absolutely everything to do with it, but it definitely played a huge part in my weight loss. I am down to 237lbs, size 36 pants. Just purchased CLA again with Slimvance (New addition to the mix) and can't wait to see the results. CLA definitely targets your waist line and belly fat. At least, it did for me.

i have been trying to get into this place to find a meal. The Santa Rosa mall one closed. We are trying to get someone back in there. This will take care of alot of complaints I am getting. We don't want to get it for free.

I love CLA. I was introduced to it about 3-4 years and have been a fan ever since. I've had issues in the past, but since I started taking CLA I have not had any more issues.

This helped me when I needed help to loss the weight when I had sugers diabetes bad. I lost 55 lbs in one yr and I'm still losing weight w this now. Cause I can't work out like I use too and this worked well.

so far it is working like I remember.I have only been using it along with whey and moderate exercise for about three wks. and already have lost 4 lbs. have a little over a month to go and expect to lose another 6 to 8 lbs.
