Love this washer and dryer very quiet just like any front load though you need to make sure you allow any coalescing water on the front seal dry it up or let it air dry otherwise you’re getting mold but we’ve had it for a couple days. It works great I thought the chimes cycle was complete was Dixie and we were gonna get protested, but it’s not great washer dryer.

WORST washing machine on the market. 2 significant problems right after delivery. I have scheduled service with Samsung and they have cancelled on the day of service 4 times. I am considering taking a loss and replacing these machines after only 3 months of use. Bad product and bad service equal bad combination.

The only thing is that it is a little louder than my old one when the water is going in. It also is beautiful with the rose gold trim.

We have had this set about 8 months now and I absolutely love it! In my opinion it is the best set currently being sold. I say this because I use a whole lot of washer and dryers! I own a vacation rental cleaning company and use several washer and dryers every day. This set by far tops them all! I also have 4 hairy dogs, 4 kids and a timber faller husband that brings home everything from the woods on his clothes, mud, wood chips plus gas and saw oil. This set never disappoints. We also love the app and all the helpful codes to help it keep running efficiently as possible. I am so happy to have it in my home! My best purchase of 2024

Do not purchase this model!! I received a defective dryer and they sent me a replacement for it. That replacement also came defective. They sent another replacement and that too was also defective. My whole experience was a nightmare. If you read reviews on this model, so many other customers has experienced the same thing.

The only con I have so far is that when it's done, there's no indicator light letting me know that it's done. I've left clothes in there overnight by accident because I forgot about them...a reminder would've been nice LOL!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to handle our seasonal overload of guest laundry and it does the job fine. I find the categories confusing and am trying to pay attentions to selecting. There is no obvious delicate setting, which is what I used most of the time.

We bought this last March. After 13 months the washer quit. Now we have clothes stuck inside and the door is locked. Have the same similar issue with their dishwasher. It quit working. Imagine the frustration when it only has a one year warranty. We also have Samsung microwave, stove and fridge. Done with Samsung

This is a huge upgrade from the whirlpool set I had, beautiful finish and very modern. This machine does it all. The washer is great with all types of clothes and the dryer has the steam sanitize feature that really removes tough stains. I will recommend this set if you have the money.
