It has performed flawlessly so far and is a workhorse for whatever stains or soil you throw at it. I can fit a lot more clothes in one load and its nice for towels and blankets. Super speed wash is useful when in a rush. Its pretty quiet compared to my old washer and i love that i can get notifications on my phone through the smartthings app when my laundry is done! Overall very happy with this purchase!

With the pedestal, the ergonomics of front load are great too. Highly recommend vs. top load. Be sure to run the self-clean cycle as it directs.

I finally upgraded from my last washing machine and I very enjoy the preheating features along with how it leaves your clothes feeling crisp. Its adherence and ergonomics are also important for leaving your clothes feeling fresh.

The controls and door had good ergonomics, making loading clothes and selecting cycles simple. Performance was fairly consistent with normal-sized loads, although overloading it sometimes caused the washer to stop mid-cycle. Clothes generally came out clean, but occasionally there was still a slight smell afterward. The washer had good adherence to the selected settings and cycles. Preheat and crisping don't really apply to a washing machine, but water temperature settings worked as expected. Overall, it was a reliable washer when used with reasonably sized loads.

This wash machine has struggled with vibration issues from the start. It’s gotten so much worse (5 months in). And unfortunately the warranty support is terrible
