I love the app and how I can go about my day and get alerted on my phone when both the wash and dryer cycle is done. I would highly recommend the combo to anyone looking to purchase a new machine.

It heats up quickly and cooks food evenly with great results. The controls are simple and the overall design is very convenient. Definitely a great addition to the kitchen and I would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 2nd samsung washer, first one lasted over 5 years. Great machine that will hopefully last just as long as our first one. Love that I can monitor washing cycle from my phone. Love the color, so far seems to hide finger prints. Fits on the stand that we made for our first one. Our first one had a small door on the actual door that you could pause the cycle and add something you forgot. This one does not have that option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love all the features about it. The pre- Heat and ergonomics are amazing and has very good consistency and crisping. can't forget about the adherence, it's great. I've fallen in love with this and all its features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it's a good washer and I love that I can connect it to my things app and I can see the status of when it's going to be done. I also like that when I'm watching TV on my Samsung TV, it will tell me that it is done washing, so everything is working perfectly in this ecosystem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got my front load washer and it’s been a game changer for my laundry since It handles big loads super easy, cleans really well without the clothes getting tangled and runs super quietly even on long cycles. Feels super solid and has been running great since I set it up. Total time saver for busy days. Would highly recommend it.ty

This wash machine has struggled with vibration issues from the start. It’s gotten so much worse (5 months in). And unfortunately the warranty support is terrible
