This washer is so quiet you can hardly hear it running. It holds huge loads, the capacity is amazing. I can wash all my clothes in half the amount of loads. This washer has steam technology and removes tough stains easily and first time. There is hardly no vibration during spin cycles, this unit is so quiet.

Even when using a washing machine and a hairdryer together, it's so quiet that it's hard to hear even when you go to bed. It's 5.0 cubic, but for some reason it feels bigger than other products. The washing time is also fast. The washing machines I used to use took over an hour and a half, but even after rinsing three times, it only takes about 50 minutes.

When it works it's great. I like the steam options. BUT, ours has had a failure in the door latch, the control board also had to be replaced. AND NOW AFTER VERY LOAD BANGING ON SPIN CYCLE I have found that the weight balance had a bolt broken and the plastic encased concrete weight broke so that the top of the heavy weight was completely free banging around on spin. I have had to figure out ordering the replacement parts on my own. Wondering what the next breakdown will be.

This wash machine has struggled with vibration issues from the start. It’s gotten so much worse (5 months in). And unfortunately the warranty support is terrible
