This washer has changed my life being able to connect to my phone to see how much time it has left without having to go back and forth. Along with a great spin cycle that gets my clothes close to dry before even going in the dryer. The inside is a decent size especially with having kids and dogs laundry piles up fast. The smart feature also tells me if there is any problems with my washer my load of laundry and or if it needs to be cleaned. Being able to start it from my phone is amazing as well. There little to no noise with it and vibration is minimal. I haven’t used stain removal yet so I can’t really say anything on that but I’m sure with how everything else is going it will do just fine!

It has cycles that are short and sweet all the way up to the most soiled of clothing. The sanitary mode gets out the worst stains imaginable. Last but not least it's quiet as a mouse with no vibrations at all! You won't go wrong with this washer as it takes care of cleaning your most delicate of fabrics to the most fluffy of comforter.

Takes a long time to wash the clothes and when they’re done, they’re still pretty wet. Not damp - wet. The vibration is somewhat quiet which is nice and I suppose it did remove stains but I would say that’s because the stain remover I used. Also, I will say it has a large capacity but I try not to over pack. Fabrics were handled with care.

best first impression is easy Smartthings connect to check status and all related operations and services. maintenance made easy through app. Also reminder is helpful. not sure if saving utility from previous machine but capacity is an upgrade, along with quick setting and fast response on many issues. but not all issues detected on the system when it hit sensor mistake which needed professional checkup

What I don’t like is it doesn’t come with a manual so you have to download and print the manual. I love the app. because it lets you choose how to wash your clothes, towels and works with other Samsung products. The Smart things app. also took a little while to figure out but eventually I figured it out and have Learned a lot about electricity and how much our washer uses. It also tells you how it’s best to get odors out and how to get stains in. Finally the one thing I really don’t like about the washer is there is no line or directions to how much detergent to put into the holder.

Worried about durability as we have only had washer for 3 years and are experiencing significant draining system issues currently. Outside of the drain issues, I would give 5 stars.
