[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine here is the ultimate choice. It handles small to extra large loads without hesitation and it no burden on the motor. It’s so quiet you don’t even know it’s on. Even the spin cycle is so quiet with no vibrations. It also have a quick wash cycle, all the way up to normal. The quick wash removes heavy stains and leave your whites white. This is a heavy duty machines if you are in the market for one. You won’t regret it.

I absolutely LOVE everything, every cycle, every feature of my beautiful new Samsung washer. My previous Samsung front load washer finally bit the dust and I made a horrible mistake and bought a top load with removable agitator and hated that washer so bad I gave it away. It was very noisy, constantly off balance and couldn't handle the loads I was used to tossing in my previous Samsung and didnt think twice. But my new Samsung is so quiet, even on high spin. There is no vibration, clothes are damp not wet so they dry fast. It holds huge loads, comforters, rugs, no problem. The Quick Wash is just that , quick but clothes come out clean. The steam cycle is wonderful for removing stains without harsh chemicals that are bad for fabrics as well as the environment. I could not be happier and I learned a valuable lesson (not to mention costly). My front load Samsung dryer is old but still works but as soon as it gives out I will be purchasing the matching dryer.

Along with a great spin cycle that gets my clothes close to dry before even going in the dryer. The inside is a decent size especially with having kids and dogs laundry piles up fast. The smart feature also tells me if there is any problems with my washer my load of laundry and or if it needs to be cleaned. Being able to start it from my phone is amazing as well. There little to no noise with it and vibration is minimal. I haven’t used stain removal yet so I can’t really say anything on that but I’m sure with how everything else is going it will do just fine!

I also love that it's fast, the quick wash is only 20 minutes and everything else is less time than my old washer machine. So far clothes come out spotless without using a stain remover. Its very good ringing out the water so my use of dryer is less as sell. I see the difference on my utility bills.

The 4.5 cu. ft. capacity fits large loads easily, and the Super Speed Wash is a huge timesaver when you need laundry done quickly. It handles stains well, stays relatively quiet, and runs smooth without excessive vibration. Smart connectivity is a nice bonus for monitoring cycles. Overall, a great unit that gets the job done efficiently!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks really nice, good ergonomics, quiet operation. The ability to attach it to the wireless in the home isn't really that useful. Remotely starting the washer doesn't make any sense? I can't even figure out a situation when I would actually need that function? You can also download specific wash cycles, while there are dozens of settings you can choose from already built in. Seems like a gimmick more than a practical need. I'm not sure what exactly they are trying to achieve with these washers. Total overkill for something that should be really simple. More like a race to see how many features they can cram into the machine. Just focus on something that works for lots of years.

This wash machine has struggled with vibration issues from the start. It’s gotten so much worse (5 months in). And unfortunately the warranty support is terrible
