The seal might be a bit loose because I just noticed small water leak, that is my only concern after a year plus using it.

Performance was fairly consistent with normal-sized loads, although overloading it sometimes caused the washer to stop mid-cycle. Clothes generally came out clean, but occasionally there was still a slight smell afterward. The washer had good adherence to the selected settings and cycles. Preheat and crisping don't really apply to a washing machine, but water temperature settings worked as expected. Overall, it was a reliable washer when used with reasonably sized loads.

Instruction manual is generic for all models and the “Option” button isn't in mine so I need to research how to adjust the detergent concentration and amount used. Settings aren't easy to get into/find. The washer itself is simple so I can run a load just fine and easy enough. Only done 3 loads so far and works great. The app is convenient and I had all my kids get it so everyone knows when their load is done to love to the dryer or when it's done drying to go get their stuff so someone else can use it. Huge win on that part because clothes would get left in the washer and then smell and have to be run again.

I loved the previous sleekness of not having much writing or buttons on the front screen however I do have to say that the addition of those options being easy to select on the front of this does make it easier to use.

I can fit a lot more clothes in one load and its nice for towels and blankets. Super speed wash is useful when in a rush. Its pretty quiet compared to my old washer and i love that i can get notifications on my phone through the smartthings app when my laundry is done! Overall very happy with this purchase!
