The vibration mixed with my laundry detergent set on top of it scratched the top of the machine the first day.

It is great to be able to set the “recipe” for what you’re washing using the phone app and sending it to the machine. We have it connected to our Alexa devices so we are alerted when the cycle finishes. Love love love it!

We love that the washer connects into our smart home and we can monitor loads through our phones. It has helped us create efficiency in our lives through the speed of the cycles. Steam clean cycles with 2 baseball playing boys is a necessity in our household. Wouldn't trade this washer for another one!

The super speed setting is awesome especially if your daughter really wants to wear her disney princess outfit she just got nasty. Full load in 28 minutes and they come out very dry. Its nice to look at its a shame mines in the basement. I'm still learning the smartthings feature. I definitely recommend its also very quiet compared to my last washer and dryer I had. I have not used the steam feature yet.
