There are way more features than I'm probably ever gonna use, but I've been playing around and the steam features pretty awesome on the washer. Move over to the dryer and here we have a wrinkle free feature. Bravo and great job.

My son bought these for me to replace my MayTags that I loved. (never mind why) So sorry that their STUPID AI (programmererror?)can't answer a simple question for me. Maybe not the AI's fault as the question isn't even programmed into to ask. My question? what size dryer vent is required for instillation? Simple question simple answer. But NOT FROM SAMSUNG.

As a matter of fact I don't think the maytag that I was using was cleaning my laundry at all. I am very happy with my purchase and I definitely would buy again.

Washer is 2yrs old and bearings went out! Sounded like an airplane was taking off in our laundry room. Bosts of 20 year warranty. Samsung would pay for parts but not labor. Cost of labor was $800. Not doing it! Going to try an LG instead. Highly recommend looking at another brand.

I purchased this product 1 year and 4 months ago when I noticed. The writing begging to peel off along with a dent dipping in on top of my washer. Don’t get me wrong the washer is beautiful and works okay! But it seems like I paid for an item that coast so much and yet the supervisor Eudys was unable to help.

Main board defective after 18 months and Samsung decided to discontinue to sell the replacement part …. But yet they still sell the machine. Better buy all the additional warranty you can get from them because they sure don’t want you to get it fixed and sell you a new one. Or better yet, buy a different brand.
