Washer is 2yrs old and bearings went out! Sounded like an airplane was taking off in our laundry room. Bosts of 20 year warranty. Samsung would pay for parts but not labor. Cost of labor was $800. Not doing it! Going to try an LG instead. Highly recommend looking at another brand.

We loved them both so much, we knew when we moved into our new home, we needed the exact same product! Such a great washer and dryer, that when you maintain it properly, will give you many many years of great work!

Do not purchase this model!! I received a defective dryer and they sent me a replacement for it. That replacement also came defective. They sent another replacement and that too was also defective. My whole experience was a nightmare. If you read reviews on this model, so many other customers has experienced the same thing.

We bought this last March. After 13 months the washer quit. Now we have clothes stuck inside and the door is locked. Have the same similar issue with their dishwasher. It quit working. Imagine the frustration when it only has a one year warranty. We also have Samsung microwave, stove and fridge. Done with Samsung

We are using now since July 2024. It was bad service but, satisfied for now. Very good washing and quite. My husband uses steam washer many times to remove stains and he is satisfied!! I checked dirty socks and A little surprised to wash them!! Very good!!

My son bought these for me to replace my MayTags that I loved. (never mind why) So sorry that their STUPID AI (programmererror?)can't answer a simple question for me. Maybe not the AI's fault as the question isn't even programmed into to ask. My question? what size dryer vent is required for instillation? Simple question simple answer. But NOT FROM SAMSUNG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we bought the samsung wf50bg8300avus washer and love it. we have noted that it is quite quiet. we have had to use less detergent and fabric softener than we used to on older units. the high efficiency design is great. the washer has many more wash cycles than i can use, but have tested most of them. our favorite is the speed cycle that cleans in about 28 minutes. the unit features built-in self cleaning mode as well. the sturdiness and finish is top notch. you couldn't ask for more with this unit! it is even stackable with the samsung kit!
