I bought this set about a month ago and I am more disappointed in the quality than anything. Let me start of by saying my previous set lasted set years without a single dent, this washer and dryer set is made so cheaply that you can’t even set a bottle of laundry detergent on it without it getting a dent and scratches, no there was nothing on the bottle that should have caused any scratches or dents but there is a dent and scratches already, the front of the washer looks like it’s not lined up correctly and the metal on the front of the washer looks like it is bowing in somehow. I would not have bought this set if I knew how cheap the materials to make it must be. It’s working but i honestly expected much better quality from Samsung. The features that it has are pretty cool but I am very disappointed in the design quality and durability.

Love this washer and dryer very quiet just like any front load though you need to make sure you allow any coalescing water on the front seal dry it up or let it air dry otherwise you’re getting mold but we’ve had it for a couple days. It works great I thought the chimes cycle was complete was Dixie and we were gonna get protested, but it’s not great washer dryer.

If you have the dryer you're able to stack them on top of each other which is nice as well. As far as how it works...all of my clothes have been left feeling fresh and clean. There doesn't seem to be any residual soap residue or funny smells. My favorite part about this washer is hold little sound the machine makes when it's running. Sometimes I'm not sure if it's even running and have to double check. One of my other favorite parts of this washer is the fact that it's all connected to my other Samsung devices so I get notifications right on the TV when my laundy is done! So handy! Overall I have no complaints and I truly love this washer.

They able to hold my largest loads of bed cloths with room to spare and clean/dry them to my satisfaction. Washer and Dryer are quiet. I reviewed several other products before choosing this one. It has proven to be the best product in its class on the market today.

I bought this pair in August. Today my washer won’t open and the controller just spins, it is stuck on the delicate cycle. I hate the fact that my clothes are now going to get moldy because I cannot get them out. I tried resetting the machine to no avail. I am so disappointed and angry that I’m going to lose these clothes!!!

Main board defective after 18 months and Samsung decided to discontinue to sell the replacement part …. But yet they still sell the machine. Better buy all the additional warranty you can get from them because they sure don’t want you to get it fixed and sell you a new one. Or better yet, buy a different brand.
