When it works it's great. I like the steam options. BUT, ours has had a failure in the door latch, the control board also had to be replaced. AND NOW AFTER VERY LOAD BANGING ON SPIN CYCLE I have found that the weight balance had a bolt broken and the plastic encased concrete weight broke so that the top of the heavy weight was completely free banging around on spin. I have had to figure out ordering the replacement parts on my own. Wondering what the next breakdown will be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks really nice, good ergonomics, quiet operation. The ability to attach it to the wireless in the home isn't really that useful. Remotely starting the washer doesn't make any sense? I can't even figure out a situation when I would actually need that function? You can also download specific wash cycles, while there are dozens of settings you can choose from already built in. Seems like a gimmick more than a practical need. I'm not sure what exactly they are trying to achieve with these washers. Total overkill for something that should be really simple. More like a race to see how many features they can cram into the machine. Just focus on something that works for lots of years.

It cleans clothes extremely every if it's heavy soiled loads.The soin cycle removes alot of water so it takes a lot less time waiting them to dry. I also like the variety of wash settings. Which helps with the varieties of ehat im always washing from clothes to delicates.plus i live the modern design. The only done is of the selection s wash times are longer than expected. However the cleaning g performance makes up for it.over all I'd highly recommend this washer.

Much quieter operation and we haven't had to worry about whether or not it is filling properly. Slightly more capacity than our 4.7cu ft, but that was intentional to make sure we don't over do it since we're switching over from top load to front load. No issues with balancing loads so far, and loads are coming out cleaner. I like that I can use my smart things app to see status and get notifications when loads are complete.

It's also just very wonderful to smell the crisping and refreshing smell of my clothes.
