[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first ever front load washer and I’ve been very impressed as I have not ever heard many good things about front load washers. I feel like it holds a good amount and it gets the clothes pretty clean.

This has been an extremely disappointing shipping experience. It has been over a month, plus additional days, and I still have not received the washer and dryer. The discount provided does not compensate for the ongoing inconvenience, especially when I am forced to pay out of pocket to use a laundromat while waiting. This delay is unacceptable and has caused significant frustration.

I am totally in love with my machine..... the steam cycle is the best feature.... I use to hate washing clothes because of one load taking hours but this machine legit cuts time in half I love that I can connect it to my phone it frees me up to take care of other house duties like catching up on my t.v series lol and not to mention I can actually wash a full load thanks to the size I love it

It cleans clothes thoroughly, runs quietly, and has plenty of cycle options for everything from everyday laundry to bulky bedding. The large capacity means fewer loads, which saves time, and the spin cycle does a great job removing excess water so clothes dry faster. The machine is also energy-efficient and easy to use. The only thing I'd recommend is leaving the door slightly open after use to help prevent moisture buildup, which is common with most front-load washers. Overall, it's been reliable, efficient, and a great addition to our home. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality washer

The connectivity is nice since my house is two stories and I can easily have my kids load and start washer while I send the washer the cycle I want from downstairs. The efficiency gives me cleaner clothes than my top load washer I had prior, and the speed makes doing laundry ten times faster since I can see on the app and washer itself. I can’t wait to use the steam function on my washer just have not had the chance yet.

I bought this washer few months ago. It is excellent with extra large capacity. It cleans very well. It is easy to control and I receive notification for completing cycles.

Great machine! Love the design! My favorite feature is connecting this to my Samsung tv and being notified when my laundry cycle is done. Will definitely buy the matching dryer next!
